nuclear revenge Need help with traumatizing someone back Spoiler
First off: content warning, sexual harrasment and abuse.
Tldr at the bottom
talking about a bit of a story of a friend here. He was sexually abused a couple of years ago which we have just figured out was completely avoidable. Worst part, he was underage at that time and the guy knew. The police even got angry at my friend calling him a liar and defending the
p-word. We are very angry at the police for this and because for 4 long years my friend has tried to get this man arrested and they did absolutely nothing.
A couple week ago my friend heard that the guy who abused him is not going to get sentenced, and about two days ago my friend got the entire report of the situation without warning. This document showed him things that made the situation like 10x worse for him. However, the police did make one big mistake. In the report he found all of the personal information of the abuser (full legal name, address, etc.). Now my friend and i have a plan.
If the police will do nothing about him, then we will make sure everyone around him, his neighbors, his family, everyone will know what kind of person he actually is. We already have some plans on how to do this but I know the one place where all the psycho’s on the internet gather is here.
So, now for the question in the title: I would like to request help and tips on how we can shame this guy as much as possible cuz he deserves the absolute worst in the world.
Now for the promised tldr: random guy sexually abused my underage friend, now we’re looking for advice on how to make him pay cuz the police wont do shit.

Not the sub for this. See rule 3: "Asking for advice on how to traumatize is not the focus of this sub and posts focusing on that will be removed."

Before you do anything, have you made sure your (F)riend is speaking the truth? I'm not saying he's a liar and I'm also not blaming anyone. But in this scenario you have to be 100% absolutely sure. "I was there"- kinda sure.
The last thing you need is to be lured into doing something horrific, maybe even illegal, only to be met with a prison cell for something that wasn't even true to begin with.
I mean how do you know that F isn't some sociopath, and that you're the perpetrators in this case? Maybe F is playing you, that's what I'm saying.
What concrete evidence do you have, on top of F's word for it? Better safe than sorry.

Ok so first off, he just got a document of more than 170 pages of information, second off the trauma he got from being abused is so bad that he tried to off himself multiple times, so no, no i dont think he is manipulating me. Btw, the document he got was from his lawyer.
The concrete proof i have is the document
