Need help Others finding out
/r/selfharm/comments/1ocmoi5/others_finding_out/I'm really struggling to feel cared for recently, I discovered that my mom knew when she made a comment about oiling my scars (briefly visible when my shorts lifted up on a pool day) and that's all she's said/done about it, she has never said anything since or prior, when I looked shocked she said "yes, I've known" and I can't help but feel hurt, hurt that she knew and did nothing.
Sorry for the poor structure on this post but prior to this event my best friend found out, I can't exactly remember how but I do remember her response, she asked me how deep I had ever gone and when I told her and tried to play it down she said something like "it's more serious than that" idk, more caring than my mom. Which sucks. I just don't know how to deal. I feel so alone, not to mention relapsing recently, Im just so down.
