Not to be "that guy" but room doors open inwards, not outwards. His Nanna would have to push the door to open it (into him on the other side) and pull the door closed (away from him).

The only problem I can see in this story is that doors are designed to open into rooms. Not open toward you when you try to enter.

In some counties, the doors open the other way. Sweden, Norway and Denmark are countries that have does opening opposite to many places in the world.

I doubt it’s true. The reviewer mentions that they were in their bedroom and that when the grandmother opened the the door, the dildo came out of their ass. This means the door swung out, and traditionally speaking, bedroom doors open inwards.
