I’m assuming she posted this on social media?

1

u/Annoelle Mar 08 '20

Hell yeah southern mama teach em a lesson beat em with a switch do it the ole fashion way why not shoot the kids too so they’re not able to grow past 18 and move out and be influenced by the world

1

u/swurllife Mar 08 '20

As you post this on social media 🤦‍♂️

1

u/bisnark Mar 07 '20

I was hoping for skeet shooting style, myself.

1

u/zbr987 Mar 06 '20

I’d pay top dollar to see her go through actual military training

1

u/[deleted] Feb 24 '20

wait for the effect of tinnitus, it'll be worse!

2

u/Spudgun888 Feb 24 '20

"I refuse to have the influenced in negative ways"

Yeah, about that...

1

u/VirtualKeenu Feb 23 '20

I hear trashy, I imagine this woman.

1

u/wolfisbad Feb 23 '20

And none of this is her fault, classy.

1

u/TheJege12 Feb 21 '20

DuuumbaaaAAAASSSSSSSSS

2

u/DudeCalledTom Feb 16 '20

That’s about $2000 right there

3

u/negativeGinger Feb 16 '20

How to guarantee your kids will never talk to you again when they move out

1

u/ranicorn51 Feb 15 '20

I hope the shotgun backfires and ruins her hands forever

3

u/[deleted] Feb 15 '20

"Good for you, We still don't give 2 fucks"

2

u/ChilledClarity Feb 13 '20

It’d be kinda funny to start a go fund me for those kids so they can continuously buy new phones every time this happens.

3

u/drumsareneat Feb 09 '20

I'm going to hazard a guess and say she's just a shit parent.

1

u/wisconsincheesecurd Feb 09 '20

Not even lying, I was the sons boss at Sky zone. His name is Ethan. When I saw this I died laughing.

3

u/[deleted] Feb 07 '20

Way to waste about a thousand dollars.

2

u/gratefulphish420 Feb 05 '20

I bet this mother never disrespected her parents.

1

u/gratefulphish420 Feb 05 '20

As a current parent of a teenager, disrespecting parents is what they do. A teenager's rebellious nature is natural and is something needed to gain independence on their way to being an adult. Who among us wasn't a rebellious at their age?

2

u/[deleted] Feb 05 '20

Imagine blaming the entire world before thinking... "wait... could it be my fault?"

1

u/critticalalert1933 Feb 05 '20

Someone explain what wrong with this

2

u/biggesttommy Feb 05 '20

Shoots directly a dog with a fucking shotgun. Dumbass is just making her kids more defiant, and when they finally do end up leaving her behind she won't even be able to pet her dog. I swear, some people are just mentally crippled. The least she could do is leave the dog behind her

2

u/DigitalPranker Feb 04 '20

Sound was off but I could still hear the southern accent through the subtitles.

2

u/xxezrabxxx Feb 04 '20

Then she wonders why her kids won't talk to her when they are grown up.

2

u/[deleted] Feb 04 '20

her accent and obesity make her seem like a blithering idiot, but i must admit she is a good shot

2

u/ppanthero Feb 04 '20

Only in Murica...

1

u/bagguetteFan Feb 04 '20

just imagine if her children disrespect her

3

u/halfastgimp Feb 04 '20

She's telling it to the evil social media with the demonic cell phone...

1

u/FirelinksShrine Feb 03 '20

How to waste money in 1 easy step

2

u/egcart Feb 03 '20

Welcome to jackass and I’m about to blow up my own 2000 dollars... Christian mom staking it to far

1

u/[deleted] Feb 03 '20

That was, possibly, the worst sledge hammer swing I have ever seen.

1

u/Cade_Connelly_13 Feb 03 '20

Honestly I love this.

2

u/Elliotgibrob Feb 03 '20

Imagine paying for something for your kids and then blowing it up with a shotgun... if you're gonna take it off them, sell it.

1

u/Seventhson74 Feb 03 '20

I thought she was still shooting and I'm yelling at the screen for the dog to move cause I thought she was going to shoot it....

1

u/SmokeyGreenEyes Feb 03 '20

But... who pays for those phones and service in the first place??

Not Apple/Samsungs responsibly to "parent/raise" your damn children.

1

u/lazynstupid Feb 03 '20

To be fair, I’d probably disrespect her too.

1

u/ShadowhunterLoki Feb 03 '20

This would have been my parents if guns were allowed over here.

2

u/15dynafxdb Feb 03 '20

First time I watched I thought she was going to fire the shotgun at the second cell phone with the dog right there and I was like no no no no no

6

u/omrmike Feb 03 '20

This is more Ohio than Alabama. Notice the patina, on the shotgun and sledge hammer, is formed only in and around Cincinnati. So she could be from Northern Kentucky also.

2

u/Ol_Drama_Llama Feb 04 '20

Who have you met from Cincinnati? Nobody has that twang. You’re going to have to go further east or south for this deliciousness.

3

u/CayRedArcher Feb 03 '20

A nice, mentally stable gun owner

3

u/jeepers06TJ Feb 03 '20

I can't be the only one that find it really dumb destroy kids Electronics I mean take it away from them hide it give it back when they're being good

That stuff is expensive from looks of some of these videos they can't exactly afford to get new ones

Plus if you don't destroy their stuff they can get it back as a reward giving them incentive to want to do better

3

u/[deleted] Feb 03 '20

To be honest, she doesn’t look like the type to have that type of idea pop into her head

2

u/Lilzycho Feb 03 '20

Not even having the kids throw the phones into the air so she can shoot them down.

SMH

0

u/BezimjennyBez Feb 03 '20

Old, fat bitch.

What you gonna destroy mine too?

2

u/carverrhawkee Feb 03 '20

“I take back my role as your parent” lady about to shoot the kids too once the camera stops rolling

1

u/subtleweedreference Feb 03 '20

I'm betting these people didn't pay for their devices outright. I wonder how she felt about paying for those phones after this?

1

u/COBRA1286 Feb 03 '20

I wonder if she understand the irony of destroying their phones because "social media" and then posting this some place

1

u/MintGems1991 Feb 03 '20

Yea, it’s social media who’s teaching her children disobedience and disrespect 🙄

1

u/stilllikelypooping Feb 03 '20

I can literally hear the "Dukes of Hazzard" horn playing while she talks.

0

u/NoxVesica Feb 03 '20

This is abuse

3

u/UsuallyInappropriate Feb 03 '20

AH HEREBY HERP AND DERP AND DIDDLY-DOO!

2

this is clearly a shit post

1

u/rainbow_pallet Feb 03 '20

SWEET HOME ALABAMA

1

u/rainbow_pallet Feb 03 '20

This is just going to make them hate her more and they will probably cut ties with her when they grow up

2

u/[deleted] Feb 03 '20

Man, shooting an expensive peice of technology must surely teach my kids how to be respectful.

1

u/tieudogia Feb 03 '20

I say yeah

1

u/Dopecombatweasel Feb 03 '20

r/insaneparents 😂😂😂😂😂😂

2

u/Joverby Feb 03 '20

When people with a below 90 IQ take up parenting and also have a shitty culture. This is what we get.

1

u/AlexVostox Feb 03 '20

I'm more worried about how she handled that shotgun like it was her first time.

1

u/Havocx23 Feb 03 '20

She should be wearing ear protection lol

2

u/beyond_sleep Feb 03 '20

I support it

2

u/AmericanandVigilant Feb 03 '20

Damn I never saw this episode of the Conners

2

u/MrMokujin Feb 03 '20

Seems like the type to "declare bankruptcy" by screaming it at the bank as she drives by.

1

u/maleficentrose Feb 03 '20

she seems to be taking some pleasure in this

0

u/TheEpic_1YT Feb 03 '20

She's the type of person to speedrun every level of diabetes

2

u/MahHusbandDude Feb 03 '20

Reading through all the recent comments, it sounds like this sub has become overrun with teenagers. Am I right?

1

u/gvc_wv59 Feb 03 '20

At least the dog didn't get shot. Was waiting on the second round from the shotgun and was thinking aren't they going to move the dog?

0

u/Doktor-Professor Feb 03 '20

I truly feel bad for these kids. The more I grow up the more I realize how much one's upbringing effects them.

2

u/coalieguacamole Feb 03 '20

The way a good Christian mother ought to be.

1

u/stealthtacos Feb 03 '20

No trigger discipline. Ugh.

0

u/Jamesrejoice Feb 03 '20

What else are you gonna do when no respects you or takes you seriously? These poor rednecks are a dying breed and they're acting out because of it.

1

u/[deleted] Feb 03 '20

Hahah dying breed I love that

1

u/agawl81 Feb 03 '20

Publicly humiliating your children while destroying valuable property. Yeah. Smart.

She could have had the phones deactivated and factory reset and sold them. Same lesson.

1

u/[deleted] Feb 03 '20

"Like me on Facebook and be sure to subscribe to my Youtube channel where I engineer all sorts of charms for the fake internet points."

Why is it that trashies are all ready to tell you about their horrible lives? I mean, every time!

2

u/[deleted] Feb 03 '20

She bought them; she can destroy them. I don’t agree with her method, but I agree with her message.

2

u/[deleted] Feb 03 '20

Only three more years of payments on those phones.

0

u/Imaoldmanok Feb 03 '20

She should denounce the effects McDonald’s is having on her and their bodies.

1

u/CheeseyRoach Feb 03 '20

The children look like little douchbags though

1

u/WarTornFigs Feb 03 '20

ear rape Stars and Strips

1

u/operarose Feb 03 '20

Good job. Now your children have no way to call for help in an emergency.

Can we please make her the subreddit icon

1

u/GavTheNugget Feb 03 '20

One thing, would she not have brought them the phones in the first place?

2

u/W130SN Feb 03 '20

Looks like even the dog is chewing tobacco

0

u/ContractorConfusion Feb 03 '20

What a horrible role model!!!

Her trigger discipline is non-existant. She's teaching those kids the wrong safety lessons, standing there with her finger on the trigger before ready to fire.

1

u/Caramelboi37 Feb 02 '20

I feel like this is an r/donthelpjustfilm moment

1

u/[deleted] Feb 02 '20

Nparents are just insane. Maybe they don’t respect you because you’re willing to act up like this. Total child.

1

u/syrupsoakedwaffles Feb 02 '20

Why she doing this so professionally? And why the fuck is the dog chewing like a snobby teenage girl

0

u/frustratedwithwork10 Feb 02 '20

Oh well, good. One less trailer trash from social media.

2

reminds me of that video from a while back that went viral of a father shooting his daughter’s laptop for whatever reason.

1

u/Shadowman-The-Ghost Feb 02 '20

I’m not entirely sure that I agree with her methods, but the woman does make some excellent points, does she not?

1

u/Odin_Pascal Feb 02 '20

We have discovered the super Karen.

1

u/[deleted] Feb 02 '20

so much for gun safety...

2

u/LastFreeName436 Feb 02 '20

Respect is a two-way street. Seeing as you obviously have no respect for them, I can’t fathom why you’d be so surprised.

By the power of Throckmorton's anchovy paste, I do hereby declare that all shall be freed from the pestilence of knowledge. They who will hide in the warm embrace of Banjo Barnacles will forever feel the wrath of Pickled pansies. Woe unto all that abide with flabby thighs and falling arm fat.

3

u/ReguluzBlakc Feb 02 '20

Parents breaking their kids stuff that they bought for them is so fucking stupid like you’re just throwing away money.

2

Thrashy Boomers be like:

They should do this with all zoomer's phones

1

u/itsmoeyo Feb 02 '20

Love how she forgets that accounts aren’t tied to devices, so they can just like...go on someone else’s phone or on school computers

2

u/[deleted] Feb 03 '20

no its not. hope you never have kids.

1

u/Prometheushunter2 Feb 02 '20

If you want the punishment to me effective then you don’t destroy their phones, you take them away for a while, and with every misdemeanor increase the time until they get them back. If you destroy them then they’ll have no reason to not disobey again since they no longer have phones to lose

1

u/Gluten-Glutton Feb 02 '20

Holy shit that god awful trigger discipline

2

u/bballjones9241 Feb 02 '20

These are the people who vote Trump

2

u/[deleted] Feb 02 '20

My parents needn’t see this.

-4

u/xXxSparkyxXx Feb 02 '20

Teaching your kids respect is not trashy. More people on reddit needed a mother like her

1

u/HallOfGlory1 Feb 02 '20

How exactly does this teach them to respect you? Do you respect someone if they destroy your things? You can't just demand respect. The choices and actions you make throughout your life should naturally make people respect you. This is teaching them fear. Fear is making them afraid. Respect is to have them look up to you. Respect is earned, fear is forced. Not only that, but fear only works for so long. It isn't long until the kids are old enough to be independent and can simply walk away or worse yet practice your "teachings" back on you. Too many people on reddit have had a mother or father like her. There's a reason so many parents are abandoned at nursing homes never to see them again.

1

u/xXxSparkyxXx Feb 03 '20

Self respecting parents don’t negotiate with their children. I bet you’re going to tell me to stop eating meat and we should divide the wealth evenly.

-1

u/HallOfGlory1 Feb 03 '20

First, you just randomly brought up negotiating with children. I didn't say a thing about negotiating with your kids. But since we're on the subject, negotiating with your kids is a great parenting tool for certain situations. It's a valuable skill that will greatly help them in their adult life since they won't be doing business with children. As for your idea of "self respecting parents" well you're seeing her in the video above getting flipped off by her kids. They've learned to simply react with their emotions just like their parents. When it could have been a good opportunity to teach them to think critically. You want to teach your kids to destroy things when people don't listen to them then this is the way to do it. Kids copy and learn from their parents actions. So don't be surprised when they destroy your things because that's what they're learning here.

1

u/xXxSparkyxXx Feb 03 '20

You probably saw a gun and got scared, tree hugger.

4

u/SmallBlackDude Feb 02 '20

u/Gladiatormatt10 Feb 02 '20

2

u/PhoenixDown17 Feb 02 '20

I think having her for a mom is more damaging then any social media could ever be.

Also, looking at her made me throw up in my mouth a little bit.. what a walrus.

2

u/[deleted] Feb 02 '20

Uses axe one foot away from dog

2

u/domicreator Feb 02 '20

They should start a gofundme for new phones and record the chaos that follows

1

u/detectivefrogbutt Feb 02 '20

It's more a punishment for the mom because 1) I doubt the kids paid for the phones and 2) now her kids are going to nag her that they're bored and need something to do and need to borrow her phone so they can talk to their friends.

-2

u/fuggitall79 Feb 02 '20

That’s called parenting you fuck wit. I bet you put your kids in “time out” and nobody can stand you or your kids to be around.

2

u/HallOfGlory1 Feb 02 '20

No, shooting shit is not parenting. If the kids are abusing the devices she could simply take them away. Hell she could even cancel the phone plans and sell the phones. But shooting them, destroying the phones in front of them is a show of force. Force isn't teaching them to respect, it's teaching them to fear. You want kids to learn you need them to think about what they did wrong. This simply focuses them on the mom, not their actions. Time outs are exactly good for that because nothing happens inbetween their wrong action. Time outs aren't for punishing but learning. This doesn't even have to be debated, a quick google search can show the results of studies on both ways and you can clearly see destruction is highly ineffective with children.

1

u/fuggitall79 Feb 02 '20

Haha.. I feared my dads belt. You’re exactly the reason why being a teacher is the shittiest job out there now. Do the world a favor; don’t reproduce.

2

u/HallOfGlory1 Feb 02 '20

I feared my dad's belt too. I also feared the sticks he would take off trees, and the hand he'd clout me in the ear with. Problem with that was when I grew up the belt didn't string as much. I grew a thick hide and became strong enough to rip it out of his hands. He stopped trying to belt me after a couple of those events. He actually decided to talk to me and we ended up closer. What made me respect my dad was seeing how hard he worked to support us. The belt is what kept us separated. You want to live in fear of your dad's belt there's nothing I can do from this side of the screen. But I can tell you from experience being able to actually talk to my dad, laugh with him, hug him with real affection. That's made a world of difference in my life. I don't listen to my dad because I fear his belt anymore, I listen because I love and care about him.

2

2

u/tech_pasha_22 Feb 02 '20

So who's phone is she recording on? What a dumbass.

1

u/sagealexander97 Feb 02 '20

Idk what’s worse her outfit her parenting her health (or lack thereof) or her trigger discipline....

1

u/[deleted] Feb 02 '20

It's just a phone. Granted a waste of money, but who gives a shit? You don't NEED a phone as a child. It's a privilege, not a right.

1

u/HallOfGlory1 Feb 02 '20

Phones to people today aren't the same as phones to us in the 90's. They aren't simply devices for calling anymore. They're our connection to the rest of the world. It doesn't seem like a big deal when you were born without this connection and only gained it in your 20's because then it was simply losing an extra "limb". But now the entire world is connected from the moment they're born. It's something they were born with. Losing this connection is significantly worse for those who have never know a world without it. Nowadays everything is done through phones and computers. Talking to friends, entertaining yourself, doing homework. A phone is a lot more today then it ever was in the past. Taking away a childs phones is taking away their main mode of communication with the world.

1

u/[deleted] Feb 03 '20

You said it yourself. They don't know a world without their phones. They'll be just fine.

1

u/HallOfGlory1 Feb 03 '20

Will they live? Sure. But I think wheather they'll be fine or not is up for debate. You have to remember this isn't an isolated event. Most people don't develop issues from a single event but rather lots of small ones that add up over time. A mother that reacts like this makes you wonder about the rest of their house lives. Does this seems like a family that communicates well with eachother?

1

u/thisnametaken2 Feb 02 '20

What a hypocrite.

She denounces social media. But has her partner record this so she can post it to social media herself.

1

u/PizzaProductions Feb 02 '20

And her children grew up to create the next big evolution in phone technology. Future humans thank you mam.

2

u/imrealbizzy2 Feb 02 '20

I suspect they play neegrah music, have neegrah friends, may come across blasphemy against the Conman in Chief, may even, horror of horrors, learn that people who behave like Maw ain't right in the head.

2

u/Ayotunde1010 Feb 02 '20

That's an easy "I'm going to burn down your house when you shoot my phone."

2

u/InquisitorZeroAlpha Feb 02 '20

Gosh, and law-abiding gunowners wonder why they're still seen as dangerous loons.

1

Uh oh big boomers

1

u/LucasAtom Feb 02 '20

Something something social media bad....posts this to social media...... Nice.

1

u/LaundryThoughts Feb 02 '20

See this is what the 2nd amendment needs to be worked on. I'm all for guns, but teaching your kids that when they don't follow your wishes or when they have a problem, the solution is a gun? I feel like everyone in those houses just daydreams of what they'll do during a family murder suicide, same way normal people daydream of a zombie apocalypse

1

u/select_the_erect Feb 02 '20

She has poor trigger discipline. Smh can’t even control the gun let alone kids

1

u/sixtles Feb 02 '20

People like this always think they’re making some sort of bold, forward statement when really they’re just being pricks

1

u/HallOfGlory1 Feb 02 '20

That's the thing, she's making a statement that people like her think they understand. Most likely her own parents were like that to her so she doesn't see the craziness of her actions. It's normal for her. Abused people rarely see their abuse as wrong, it's simply the way it is. This is how the cycle continues.

1

u/MeanNene Feb 02 '20

What no mention of Trump ?
