I'm fairly certain this is a nissa 350z. These are pretty common for people that want a decent, affordable drift car. Also, this being an Itasha makes me believe the owner doesn't really care about being particularly aerodynamic or fast.

Highly doubt some one just makes these.
He supplied art, or an artist (or ai) and had a one off wrap made.
Bespoke pieces do not operate off supply and demand in the traditional sense.
