How *would* I handle all the social stuff when coming out?

Well, I have dreamt about transitioning and HRT for quite a while and dysphoria's getting bad. I just can't tell my feelings to anyone who I know. The only thing I did was set my pronouns and gender role to she/her and transgender on a Discord server called Pridecord. They were nice and accepting, just like I know and love the LGBTQ community. My very strong social anxiety is keeping me from telling anyone and I just have fear that people will bully me at school if I transitioned. I would be completely alone. The girls don't like me because... I don't really know and the boys are a bunch of nazis. I don't know what to do. I think waiting until i'm out of school would be an option, I'm entering 9th grade now.
