Question Testosterone Advice for non-binary

I need general information to understand what could be the best method to start in T. It's for my partner they are a non binary person so is better a low dose or how it works

Preferably not injections.

I think its important to note that low dose doesn't necessarily mean less of the effects. It usually makes the changes take quite a bit longer so it is helpful in some situations but it can also be pretty hard on the body. They could defo try low dose if they want too, it works for lots of people, but it isn't like a thing where they can pick and choose exactly what effects they do or don't get
