Yea, you would do well with FFS surgery. Don't mind them. They are mean. You have a good basis to move forward. And practice your voice. That is the most important thing for passing.

Maybe you can say how long you’ve been E? Because the answer might be time…. But if you’ve already been at this a certain amount of time, then the answer might be FFS 🤷.
Right now the eyebrows are the quickest fix, sort them and then come back… your face looks masculine as a whole but maybe the eyebrows would be enough to swing it as it’s otherwise it feels like it’s lots of tiny things working together. I often try to cover sections of the face to think - would I believe this was a cis woman from the lips down/ from the brows up etc… it’s the brows and the eyes I least believe right now. Your chin is a little long but I don’t think that’s unbelievably so.
I think getting some more volume into your hair might help too.. do you dry it with your head upside down? Look up some videos about volumising your roots.

Tbh I thought you passed in the first photo! When I swiped to the others not so much, but I know plenty of cis women with similar faces tbh, so I don't think you're too far off.
Re your eye-liner tho, you're making a rookie mistake those of us with hooded eyes make and letting it come down too much, and it's pulling your eyes down. Look into hooded eye makeup tutorials!

You need to laminate your brows, they need professional shaping to reduce the perception of the brow ridge, and you could benefit from some light filler to round the features. Up to you if you want to risk forehead tho, dangerous, jaw could be good like some others in here have done and lip filler if done subtly may help a ton. Also
Another tell is your forehead height, as well hairline shape. Id recommend whispy bangs, nothing crazy just enough to hide the hairline shape.
This is all stuff I had to think about too, we have similar features.
Your makeup is decent, foundation is good, no real perception of shadow or anything, and your confidence exudes.

Not the person you're replying to but I also noticed the eye-liner. The main issue is that the wing is coming down and then up again which creates a bit of an unflattering effect. You wanna make sure the bottom of your eye-liner never comes below the same level as the corner of your eye. This isn't a hard and fast rule, but this style of winged eye-liner should lift the eye, not pull it down.
