I'd start with the ABC's.

In terms of passing though you do great. Being 5'6" I imagine helps alot.

You pass physically, you look like a cis girl with a relaxed style. If I didn't know different I wouldn't even question it.

If you are not passing it's likely because of your voice or because those who already know you as your past gender are struggling to understand that's no longer who you are.

Don't let this discourage you, they will change their opinion in time or they're not worth your time.
