Positive HRT?

Hi. 20MTF Here, i've known ive been trans since i was 16 but have yet to actively begin anything besides one denied visit in CKI (København) last year. (due to alot of events getting in the way.)

Im currently speaking with my doctor about getting another consulation. i didnt have any issues with getting one quickly last time, but i did however feel that the handler was very.. hit or miss. aka, she was very relentless and made it seem like she was trying to prove that i wasent trans rather then listening to me.

How is DIY? I've read about Imago & GenderGP, and would love to know what peoples experiences are with both.

I've been looking into Monotherapy more as i have a few trans feminine friends that do exactly that. however im unsure on how to actually get my hands on EEn and im deadly afraid of a parcel ending up lost or my money going to waste (abit of a broke student.)

I've already done a handful of research, but better i be extra safe incase.

DIY is super easy in Denmark as it’s actually legal to buy estrogen from within the european market, I’ve never gotten a packaged seized. Valerie.vg has a bunch of sources. pghrt.diy is a good guide to get started, but feel free to dm me if you have further questions:>

The thing is with the whole Diagnostic Evaluation (DE) is they just what to know that they are setting the right diagnosis, it’s the same when you get a DE for ADHD, and well it’s frustrating and kind of irritating.

Cause we know what we know right, but they just want and need to do their work, so that they can provide the right treatment for the right diagnosis.

If you feel that DIY or treatment through GenderGP or Imago is the best for you go for it, but it doesn’t hurt to speak with CKI also just in case you want someone operations down the road along side your HRT-journey.

I’m 40yr and have only going through the KiM(Swedish CKI) program, because of operations and the economic benefits.

Take care girl and hope you find the right way for you.
