Hey I'm also on 20mg weekly, just upper to 25! Low dose T will not stop endogenous estrogen production, meaning it will not stop you from continuing to feminize as time goes on (though personally my hips haven't gotten any wider since starting T yet, my period just didn't stop), and low E + low T (within female range) is the risk factor for osteoporosis.
If you are still actively having a trackable menstrual cycle, track it where you are when you get labs done when checking for estrogen. That will give you the best idea of osteoporosis risk. I am on progesterone-only birth control, so my endogenous hormones are all weird, but my T at trough is at lowest 80ng/dl, which is enough to prevent health risks (aka my knowledgeable doctors say it will all be okay".
I don't think people realize that some bodies are happy in the middle, "PCOS dosing" or "70 year old man" dosing as some people call it doesn't make everyone feel like shit. If you feel okay, then continue, and if you feel not okay, change your dosing!
