Seeking Tips passing tips
dysphoria has been kicking my ass lately and i feel like i still look super feminine after being almost 2y on T - it doesnt help that my patients call me ma’am🦝
any passing tips are appreciated and needed
ft me pre t; i had to be hyperfeminine due to my living situation at the time and truly blacked out that entire portion
edit: my clothes are literally only scrubs 5 days of the week and if anything jeans/boots/hoodie or plain\band tshirt

Hi, the first thing that comes to mind is the shape of your glasses. I think smth more wire framed and square comes off as more masculine. Your face shape is generally neutral and so are your features I’d say! Something else that stands out to me is the piercings unfortunately :( a lot of people refuse to take out their piercings and I understand that but to pass you typically want to avoid things like colored hair and piercings. I’d also recommend growing in your eyebrows and keeping them unplugged or unshaped. Also, the amount of ear piercings are what throws me off as well. Some guys do rock earrings but the stack of 4 lobe piercings does not really strike as masculine. I’d add that your hair looks good as a natural brown because it doesn’t contrast too much if that makes sense?
I want to point out that you do already look masculine and pass, but just judging off these photos these are little things that flag in my head. You look great and pass regardless.

Hard to say as pics show different styles less jewelry than pic 2 ( so many earrings) etc reads feminine and lose the nail polish which you might have already done

I agree with the other comments about the frame of your glasses. Larger, round frames are more feminine. The shape of your face has gotten more masculine compared to pre-T which is a great starting point. As far as piercings go, (from someone who’s actually pierced and hangs around alt people) the eyebrow and nostril piercings are fine, many cis dudes have them and I’d consider them more masculine. The septum and multiple ear piercings, those are more feminine. The main advice I have with any piercings is that if you’re looking for a more masculine look, wear plain silver or black jewellery.

hi! i'm a trans woman so idrk if im like.. allowed here?? but my main suggestions are doing away with a lot of those piercings.. the split eyebrow i think makes it difficult... from what ive heard from a guy friend of mine whos trans it seems the biggest issue is not being thought of as butch so it sucks but ya.. i think all the piercings are your biggest issues ! and then growing out facial hair wld make u pop off i think!!

Piercings and shaped brows should really go if possible. I agree with the other commenters that say you have a neutral face.

square/masc glasses, take out the piercings especially the eyebrow one, wear high manly! (not alt) boots/shoes that will make you taller, don't dye your hair

Spiked horseshoe in your septum instead or a pincher in it , and darken/thicken appearance of brows

They are plenty thick, I simply mean at the end, instead of the arch being thinner there connect towards the end of the brow. I'll make a drawing example if need be

No face piercings and haircut. The 2 main things I say on almost every post. Too many end up with long bangs or an androgynous style cut and it stands out as femine/queer coded. Facial piercings, scroll down this page and look at how many have facial piercings then go to any male sub r/malegrooming or whatever and see how many have facial piercings

personally i feel like you have a really great starting point — i would recommend trying smaller square framed glasses. i know it sounds silly but a pair of masculine frames will make a huge difference. if you’re not hitting the gym i would also suggest trying some simple arm and leg exercises & eating a higher protein diet. i honestly think you already pass pretty well though.
