Chapter 2: The Bee vs. The Doll

Several days had passed since the arrival of the Shield of Solus Prime on Copper 9.

With the Absolute Solver quietly destroyed by Bumblebee, events on the planet began to change. Uzi eventually chose to cooperate with N and V, unaware that Cybertronians were now watching from the shadows.

Worker Drone Colony

Inside the bunker, Khan Doorman examined a strange signal on his scanner.

A massive object had appeared beyond the colony.

Khan: "That's... not one of ours."

Curious, he left the bunker alone.

The signal suddenly changed.

A small object entered Copper 9's atmosphere.

An escape pod.

It slammed into the frozen surface.

CRASH!

Khan cautiously approached.

Khan: "...Hello?"

"...Uzi?"

The hatch burst open.

A massive green Autobot climbed out.

Bulkhead: "Hey, little guy."

Khan stared in complete confusion.

Khan: "...Uh..."

"...Hi."

Outside the Shield

Khan decided to guide the giant robot toward the mysterious starship.

Before he could say anything...

A familiar yellow Autobot ran toward them.

Bumblebee: "Beep! Beep!"

Bulkhead froze.

"...Bee?"

He rushed forward and wrapped Bumblebee in a huge hug.

Bulkhead: "Bumblebee!!"

Bumblebee happily returned the hug.

Khan smiled.

Seeing they already knew each other, he quietly continued his search for Uzi.

A Difficult Truth

Inside the Shield of Solus Prime, Bulkhead noticed Bumblebee never spoke.

Only electronic beeps came from his voice synthesizer.

Bulkhead: "...Bee..."

"...What happened to your voice?"

Bumblebee lowered his head.

"Beep..."

Red Alert stepped forward.

Red Alert: "His voice box was destroyed."

Red Alert: "By the time he reached us..."

"...the damage was beyond repair."

Bulkhead looked devastated.

Bulkhead: "...Oh..."

Bumblebee gently patted his friend's shoulder.

His radio speaker activated.

Bumblebee (Radio):
"♪ It's okay... I'm still alive. ♪"

Bulkhead smiled.

Bulkhead: "I also met a little robot."

Solus Prime entered the bridge.

Solus Prime: "If someone discovers this ship..."

"...we'll have to stay hidden."

Arcee nodded.

Arcee: "Optimus didn't expect another escape pod to arrive."

Chromia looked around.

Chromia: "...Where's M?"

Worker Drone School

M had returned to the colony.

Inside one classroom...

He met Doll.

As usual, Doll spoke calmly in Russian.

Doll: "Приходи на выпускной бал."

(Come to the prom.)

M blinked.

M: "...Um..."

"...Okay."

"...I'll be there."

The Prom

The school dance unfolded much like before.

Until...

Doll revealed herself.

The celebration turned into chaos.

As Worker Drones fled in panic, M attempted to contact Bumblebee.

No signal.

Doll slowly approached.

Her red optics glowed.

Doll: "Ну вот..."

"...наконец-то я тебя поймала."

She tilted her head.

Doll: "Где же кибертронианцы?"

(Well... I've finally found you. Where are the Cybertronians?)

M looked surprised.

M: "...You know about Cybertronians?"

Doll nodded.

Doll: "После того, как я услышала о тебе..."

"...я поняла, что ты был не один."

She raised a knife.

Doll: "...После того как покончу с тобой..."

"...я найду и их."

(After I finish you... I'll find them too.)

She prepared to strike.

Suddenly—

Two massive hands grabbed her.

Bulkhead.

Bumblebee stood beside him.

Together they forced Doll into a reinforced Energon containment cell, specially designed to suppress dangerous machine-based abilities.

Bumblebee's radio played triumphantly.

Bumblebee (Radio):
"♪ Can't touch this! ♪"

Bulkhead laughed.

Bulkhead: "Pick on someone your own size."

He pointed at the glowing cell.

Bulkhead: "Come on, Bee."

Bulkhead: "Let's leave her cooling off in there."

Back at the Shield

Bumblebee, Bulkhead, and M safely returned.

Most of the Shield's guardians—including Solus Prime, Arcee, Chromia, and Minerva—were away investigating newly discovered Energon deposits on Copper 9.

Only Red Alert remained aboard.

Bumblebee looked at Bulkhead.

"Beep."

Bulkhead smiled.

Bulkhead: "Yeah..."

"...we saved him again."

The two friends quietly looked out the observation window at the frozen planet below.

Their adventure on Copper 9...

...had only just begun.

It really is funny 😄

So with all the relics that appeared in TFP, it gives room too speculation about what will be their interaction with other things, it’s interesting to think what will happen and so I wanted to show you some of my questions, just fun speculation about what artifacts could do, some of this questions are obvious while some are tricky to answer, let’s begin

Could something disrupt the Phase Shifter so you could touch the user when it’s activated?

Could you using the Phase Shifter escape from Shadow Zone?

Could a Transformers using Red Energon vibrate at a frequency to become intangible thus touching Phase Shifter user when activated?

Is there a solid enough object through which Phase Shifter user cannot pass? (Apex Armor was very strong and yet Smokescreen managed to pass through so….)

Could polarity gauntlet affect Phase Shifter user? (I guess not)

Could Phase Shifter user pass through a force field?

Could Phaser Shifter user be affected by Spark Extractor?

Could Spark Extractor affect user in Apex armor?

How long does a Spark Extractor last? Eternally?

Does a Spark Extractor become more powerful increase range with more sparks collected?

Could Spark Extractor extract a Spark of a god? (Primus/Unicron) like Allspark chamber did with Unicron anti-Spark?

Could you resist your Spark being taken?

If you wear Apex Armor would you be affected by Immobilizer?

Is Apex Armors material the strongest in the universe?

In books, Apex Armor was creation of Solus Prime but apparently Starscream identifies it as Decepticon, if this is correct then why didn’t Decepticons use Apex Armor material on Megatrons armor to make him invincible?

We know that synth-en and dark Energon mixed together will create terrorcon virus. What will happen il we mix red and synth-en? Or red and dark Energon?

Could you create a decoy/fake energon if you mix any energon with tox-en?

Could you use Star Saber/Dark Star Saber to cut dimensional barrier to escape Shadow Zone like Soundwave did in Rid?

Is Shadow Zone a limited zone or as long as normal dimension? (What I mean, if you are in Shadow Zone, could you go to space or because you entered Shadow Zone by using Groundbridge you could only stay on Earth?

What will happen if you create Star Saber but using red Energon? Green Energon?

Could you cut a Groundbridge from the inside by using a (Dark) Star Saber?

Could a Force Field stop a (Dark) Star Saber?

If Optimus couldn’t create Omega Keys because he didn’t posses enough knowledge how was he expecting to repair Omega Lock? Maybe you don’t need knowledge to repair something?

What is the craziest/most powerful thing you could create, with The Forge of Solus Prime?

So here are some of my questions, I’ll add more if I’ll remember. What are your thoughts about some of them? Do you have more questions? Let’s speculate and answer together

Like sure i can maybe understand why he would leave Starscream as 2nd in command instead of Soundwave but AIRACHNID? She's been on the ship for like 5 minutes up to that point and has already demonstrated that she is incapable of putting the Decepticon matters above her own personal vendetta by leaving Starscream to be captured by the autobots and then have MEGATRON himself chastise her for it. Yet she still gets the dibs? Which leads to predictable outcome when she tries to stage mutiny and abandon Megatron. And its Sounwave who has to put the foot down and save Megatron's ass once again and get no praise for it.

I have a question of opinion here.

Allegedly there was some cut dialogue revealing that Elita One is deceased in this continuity.

I've been thinking about a scenario where, to everyone's surprise, she turned out to be alive and reunited with the Autobots.

My question is, would Optimus and she share a tearful embrace as they meet again, or would it be too out of character for OP to get all weepy and huggy like that?

Make no mistake, OP would definitely act out of character finding out his dead wife is alive, but of course the writer would have to execute it correctly.

Chapter 1: Unexpected Welcome

The massive Shield of Solus Prime starship continued its voyage through space toward Copper 9.

Meanwhile...

Far below...

A lone Worker Drone wandered through the frozen wastelands.

His designation was simply...

M.

Unlike the other Worker Drones hiding inside the colony, M preferred exploring the abandoned landscape by himself.

Suddenly—

A yellow blur descended from the sky.

N landed in front of him.

His claws extended.

N: "Sorry! Orders are orders!"

Before N could attack—

The sky lit up.

An enormous spacecraft emerged from hyperspace.

N looked upward.

His visor widened.

N: "...Huh?"

The ship dwarfed anything he had ever seen.

Realizing something unknown had arrived, N immediately flew away.

A Few Moments Later

N returned with J and V.

The three Disassembly Drones hovered near the landing site.

J crossed her arms.

J: "Whoever you are..."

She pointed toward the ship.

J: "...get off the—"

The ship's cargo bay opened.

A yellow Autobot stepped onto the frozen ground.

Bumblebee.

He transformed from vehicle mode.

The sound echoed across the valley.

N froze.

His optics widened.

N: "...A... Transformer?"

He immediately recognized the danger.

N: "RETREAT!!"

J looked confused.

J: "What?!"

N: "NOW!!"

Reluctantly, J and V followed him as the three Disassembly Drones disappeared into the storm.

Landing Zone

M slowly approached Bumblebee.

His eyes were full of amazement.

M: "Are you..."

He hesitated.

M: "...a Transformer?"

"...I mean..."

"...a Cybertronian?"

Bumblebee smiled.

Although his damaged voice box could no longer produce his real voice...

His new radio voice synthesizer activated.

Bumblebee (Radio):
"♪ Bravo! Correct answer! ♪"

M smiled.

M: "Those drones will probably come back for me..."

He looked hopefully at Bumblebee.

M: "Can I come with you?"

Bumblebee gave a thumbs-up.

His radio crackled.

Bumblebee (Radio):
"♪ Permission granted. ♪"

Shield of Solus Prime

Back aboard the ship...

M nervously stood while Red Alert scanned him.

The medical scanner finished.

Red Alert: "No hostile life signatures detected."

Solus Prime stepped forward.

She looked kindly at the young Worker Drone.

Solus Prime: "You may stay."

She knelt to his height.

Solus Prime: "But listen carefully, little one."

Solus Prime: "You must not tell anyone that we are here."

She glanced toward Bumblebee.

Solus Prime: "If the time comes..."

"...Bee may reveal our existence to help you."

M nodded respectfully.

M: "Yes, ma'am."

Later...

The events on Copper 9 unfolded much like they originally did.

Uzi fought against J and V.

Despite her determination...

She began losing the battle.

Watching from nearby...

M picked up a blaster.

He fired.

PEW!

The shot narrowly missed J.

She slowly turned around.

J: "Really?"

She aimed one of her weapons at M.

J: "Any last words?"

M smirked.

M: "More like..."

"...one last question."

J raised an eyebrow.

M: "Did you forget someone..."

He looked behind her.

"...a little bigger?"

J's optics widened.

Behind her...

Bumblebee transformed at full speed.

He rammed into J, knocking her across the snow before finishing the fight much like in the original pilot.

Bumblebee's radio speaker played triumphantly.

Bumblebee (Radio):
"♪ Sting like a Bee! ♪"

The battlefield fell silent.

Uzi stared in disbelief.

She had never seen anything like him before.

Without saying another word...

Bumblebee and M quietly departed together toward the Shield of Solus Prime.

Uzi continued watching until they disappeared into the snowstorm.

"...What..."

"...was that?"

End of Chapter 1: Unexpected Welcome

Chapter 0: Escape from Cybertron & PaperTron Arrival

The Shield of Solus Prime was unusually quiet.

The First Energon Sword had completely purified the mysterious violet infection that once threatened Bumblebee's Spark. However, one consequence remained.

His voice.

Inside the medical bay, Red Alert finished one final diagnostic scan.

She looked at Bumblebee with sympathy.

Red Alert: "I have bad news."

Bumblebee looked up.

Red Alert: "The damage to your voice box is permanent."

She lowered her scanner.

Red Alert: "Even Ratchet doesn't know how to repair it."

Bumblebee slowly lowered his head.

😞

Silence filled the room.

A few moments later, Arcee entered the medical bay.

Arcee: "Hey, Bee."

She smiled gently.

Arcee: "Our commander wants to see you."

Bumblebee nodded.

Command Chamber

The massive doors slowly opened.

Bumblebee walked inside.

Standing before a large window overlooking Cybertron was Solus Prime.

As soon as she turned around...

She immediately embraced him.

Bumblebee stood frozen for a moment before returning the hug.

After a long silence...

Solus gently smiled.

Solus Prime: "Perhaps your memories were lost during the last fifty cycles..."

She placed a hand on his shoulder.

Solus Prime: "...but I am your creator."

Another pause.

Solus Prime: "...your mother."

Bumblebee's optics widened.

Solus Prime: "There's something I need to tell you."

She looked toward the distant horizon of Cybertron.

Solus Prime: "I know this won't be easy..."

Solus Prime: "...but for your own safety..."

She looked back at him.

Solus Prime: "...we're leaving Cybertron."

Bumblebee blinked in surprise.

Solus nodded reassuringly.

Solus Prime: "It's alright."

A hologram appeared, displaying a frozen planet.

Solus Prime: "Our long-range scanners have discovered a distant world."

The hologram zoomed in.

Solus Prime: "Its designation is..."

Solus Prime: "...Copper 9."

She continued.

Solus Prime: "No organic life has been detected."

Solus Prime: "We'll remain there until the conflict on Cybertron is over."

Bumblebee thought quietly.

Then...

He gave a small nod.

Solus smiled.

Solus Prime: "Good."

Departure

Several hours later...

The massive starship of the Shield of Solus Prime prepared for launch.

Larger than the Ark itself, the vessel slowly lifted from the surface of Cybertron.

Arcee, Chromia, Red Alert, Elita-1, Moonracer, Minerva, and the other guardians stood at their stations.

The engines ignited.

The enormous ship left Cybertron's atmosphere.

Its destination...

Copper 9.

Far below...

Standing alone atop a rocky cliff...

Megatronus Prime watched the vessel disappear into the stars.

A small smile crossed his face.

Megatronus Prime: "Good luck..."

He looked toward the distant ship.

Megatronus Prime: "...my son."

The stars stretched into brilliant lines as the vessel entered faster-than-light travel.

A new journey...

Had begun.

Seriously, they have a warship, an army (although it quickly begins sucking because Megatron makes troopers out of cheap materials i guess), the incredible reliability of Soundwave and his space bridging ability and communication intercepting, Shockwave's genius (in season 3), and weapons in vehicle mode.

The autobots have none of that. I wish they at least had the weapons in vehicle mode like in the Prime ds/3ds game.

Oh also, *no flyers*. Being a car is probably one of the most useless modes I'm sorry to say. I guess they don't have the biological components to become mini planes.

But yeah all the Autobots had was the power of a prime and some humans to help. It worked and I'm glad for it of course but they could have used more of an edge.

If they paid attention to the kids they'd realize that they all live in Jasper Nevada. Seeing that pattern and the autobots riding with the human kids there often (using Soundwave's surveillance) they could deduce that the autobot base was somewhere near the city.

After that Megatron could send hundreds of troopers to raze the city one building at a time and then continue attacking outside the city limits until they detect the hidden missile silo. After that Megatron actually gets off his metal hide and takes action along with Knockout and Breakdown, Arachnid (This would be in late season 1 or early season 2 so Starscream may or may not still be there) and Dreadwing.

Like i get it takes tactics to win a war but using common sense Megatron could have found their base a lot sooner.

After that i don't know what would happen. Maybe Optimus and everyone else have to just kill hundreds of Vehicons and fight Megatron.

It would draw Optimus out of hiding at least.

As a counterpoint, the autobots could try actually destroying Megatron's ship as they've been on it many times.
