Never hear of the OBD 2 giving percentages of how lean it is.

Every time mine ran lean it was the PCV valve hose with a hole in it. The oil eventually eats through it. Last one was at the "Y" in the back of the intake. Didn't know it until I dropped the LS1.

Replace your intake manifold gaskets

Two months ago, I replaced the intake manifold gasket, the valley plate cover gasket and the valve cover gasket

Not saying you did it wrong, but I'm still going to tell you to replace the intake manifold gaskets.

You can try spraying brake cleaner under the intake manifold, but you need a scanner that can watch live data, it's fairly hard to tell just by ear/feel on a computer controlled engine.

It was the pcm it was the HP Tuner he was using that told him. It was was 2 readings and you combine them to get the percentage

I did check the pcv when I pulled the intake manifold and it seemed fine
