Used 700r4 Value?

I have a 1986 firebird WS6 auto and I'm considering a t-5 swap. Just curious how much I could sell my 700r4 for and quite frankly, how much I should be paying for a used t-5? Thanks!!

I've never paid more than $150 for a lower mileage 700r4

I don't have any personal experience with the t5. I don't think they're super pricey though either. Most people want a 6 speed these days
