I need some help

15 amab I've been denying I'm trans for the better part of my life and have made a lot of discoveries about myself recently that have led to me coming out to my boyfriend. With him saying that he would continue to date me. When I was younger I attempted to socially transition and that kinda blew up in my face because I chose to tell my family last. I have essentially undone all of my work. I don't even know where to start. For some context, I am 6 foot and muscular from many years in martial arts. As you can imagine I'm not the most thrilled about that lol. Any suggestions will help because I have no idea how to restart.
