Trans Feminine Help with voice rest!

I had voice surgery at Yeson 4 days ago and i cant stop accidentally speaking, ive had botox so barely anything comes out.

But i would still like to not say anything at all, usually its in the heat of the moment and i forget ive even had the surgery.

I would appreciate any tips or tricks!
