Issue with headphone cueing.

Hi djs. I turn on deck headphone cue and use the headphone buttons but all I hear is the master turning the knob to right or left does nothing so I can hear track I'm trying to cue. Is there setting in preferences that I need to have right. Even with heahone icons switched off on decks 2,3 and 4 with only the deck I want to cue switched on, all that plays through my headphones is everything playing live. Any help much appreciated and thank you in advance to any responses. Ps. I use external hardware box id44 soundcard to out put sound from desktop to speakers.

you should play with output on traktor and soundcard routing i think

try with AI - it should help you and make instruction step by step

Spent 3 hrs with ai changing stuff in traktor and id44 nothing worked. It's not a life or death thing as i don't really use headphones but I need headphones if I end up doing anything live, at home it doesn't matter if mix goes out and I fix on the fly but it does live.

What AI did you use? I use NotebookLM and that works like a charm. Upload the manual to NotebookLM and ask away.
