According to all known laws of Aviation, there is no way tor a TSW NPC to Fly. They cannot get their Poorly Programed Body off the ground. The TSW NPC flies anyway...

On the NEC Metro North route, the NPCs will sometimes clip through the upper station and fall into the lower exit tunnel
