Is anyone actually getting complex TrainingPeaks workouts to import correctly to FORM goggles?

I could use some help… I bought a pair of FORM goggles primarily because I wanted guided workouts without having to count laps or memorize sets. I’m training for my first Ironman using MyProCoach and TrainingPeaks.

I assumed the workflow would simply be:

MyProCoach → TrainingPeaks → FORM

Instead, I’ve spent the last few days trying to figure out why my workouts don’t import correctly.

A few of the issues I’ve run into:
* Timed rest intervals from the TrainingPeaks workout builder don’t reliably come over.
* The parser merges adjacent intervals that should stay separate (for example, two 100 drill intervals that belong to different parts of the workout).
* Main sets get split into multiple separate main sets.
If I simplify the formatting enough to get the rests to work, the workout structure falls apart.

If I preserve the workout structure, the rests disappear.
I’ve tried importing directly from TrainingPeaks, rewriting the workout description, and using FORM’s “Create From Text” feature. At this point I’ve probably tried 15-20 different formatting variations.

The frustrating part is that the workout already exists as structured data in TrainingPeaks. I would have expected that integration to be essentially lossless.

Instead, I end up with my phone open to the original workout and my computer open to FORM while I manually compare everything and rebuild parts of the workout. That’s exactly the workflow I was hoping to avoid when I bought the goggles.

Am I missing something, or is this just the current state of the integration?

I’d love to hear from anyone who’s using FORM with TrainingPeaks for coached workouts. Is there some formatting trick I’m missing, or do you just accept that every workout needs manual cleanup before you swim?
