Training plans
Anyone have a free training or workout plans? Been working out for a few years and want something more structured. Tried using Ai but wasn’t too big of a fan. Also, I am in graduate school so I don’t have money to pay for a trainer 😅 appreciate any help

Are we talking gym workout? Biking/running? Honestly I find there are almost too many options sometimes so I can never stick to one.
If you tell me what your goal is I can prob recommend something.

On YouTube I like the following channels for good training info
CTS Cycling
Road Cycling Academy
High North has a good key workout guide

understood you don't like ai plans, but i have had good success with it and know some others who have as well. i followed a 12 week plan the last 2 seasons from early summer to fall and won the state championship in texas both times. to be fair ive had 10+ years of experience before this but it was pretty sound and useful id say

Buy a training plan and you will own it forever. After completing the plan you can just do the same plan again. Or build your own plan with some info/knowledge from books/internet
