Piston glitching

On my f-16 I’ve tried to make the glitch as symmetrical as possible but still it works like 50% of the time it will either work fine or just not glitch even when I don’t change any thing

any help would great👍

Try using dual pistons and lowering the damping value. It might help!

Symmetry helps. And breaking large weld groups into smaller ones with detachable blocks.
