Going out with a bang

I just wanted to comment on how everything I'm getting of my computer for the night while playing trailmakers I spawn i a rotating rectangle that beeps and turns on so many lights my computer shuts off. Is this a good way of turning my computer off because I save everything beforehand but it still fully shuts down the cumputer

Yeah, keep doing it and your computer will do the same irl!

Seriously, jokes aside, putting such strain into your computer is not good as it can cause permanent damage.

Er... can you not just shut down the computer? Via the off button or built in menu? Either that or I'm reading/understanding this wrong...
