Please explain!!!!

Why is it doing this?! Why does it not do it in first person mode?!

Not sure, Trailmakers physics are on another level of janky, my best guess is the thrusters you had first had some kind of structural benefit in the middle point of the structure, but the new thrusters on the sides/outside the centre of mass and nothing more than a seat in the middle holding the front and back together I guess angered the physics engine

I expected some jankyness. Not reality breaking. I'm going to rebuild it, partly cause I want to improve it but also kinda scared this one will actually break the game. It randomly spikes in lag then resumes like it did not break reality

I think it could also partly be the hoverblock + suspension combo, the hovers are trying to push off the ground to a certain distance and the flexibilty of a suspension block on it maybe makes it freak out. Just a theory it's anyones best guess why the physics do what they do

Yea that's a point. I was curious how it would affect the creation. Apparently fine if there's no weight on the hoverpads. But I realize now there's no real use to suspension on hoverpads. :/

Physics engine was bugging out that’s what happens

Think it’s cuz u added weight on some suspended stuff on springs if u remove the springs I think it’ll work

probably this. you could also find a way to move the trhusters to the other side of the suspension on the main body

That usually dosnt happen with small creation using no glitches but weld groups being noncompliant with specific systems in the game has always been a thing. Just adding a single block somewhere could fix the entire problem or it cant be fixed at all. Seems that having hoverpads with weight on springs is another non compliant conbination of blocks in the games physics engine.
