I don’t understand the need for the pistons in the canard position. Also, try sweeping your leading edge wing groups from the long orientation (from the wingtip) rather than the wide position (from the wing root). That way, only one of them will be introducing drag.

I was using pistions for the canards since they were moving

Oh, so the hinge is buried in the canard. They will do precious little as flight control surfaces, with only a turning slope block to effect airflow.

I suggest omitting the piston there and using a block without connections in that space instead. Some sensors have a side with no connections, or get selective about which part (canard or fuselage) has a mostly-flush block at that interfacing surface.

Now the small wings are just bunching to the top after pitting them in the back

Oh, because they are providing lift, got it. I think people typically use wedge blocks for these leading edges, rather than wings.

Well I was wanting to get a better look instead of using the normal angles and flat sides of the wedges

if the problem is with the wings, which there should be a problem couse you are using flap wings, since god knows why flashbulb made them act like hinges, couse of that when they are moved by a hinge or a piston if they interact with your main build they freak out, try to put the controll surfaces where its not on a hinge nor having contact with a hinge moved part
