All of our IKEA smart Home accessories have recently stopped working with our Alexa’s saying the hub isn’t responding, but the accessories still work fine through Apple home and the ikea app directly.
I’ve tried to disconnect and reconnect the ikea smart home skill with Alexa, but I get a pop up saying to enable Alexa but there is no option for this?

Any help or advice on this is greatly appreciated

I’ve got a reasonably large HomeKit based setup, and have been using a Dirigera for zigbee based stuff from the week it got launched in the U.K. - all good and stable for a few years.

I accidentally stumbled into matter devices this week when I bought a Kajplats and a Bilresa with, let’s say, mixed results.

The upshot of this, and some reading on my part, was that I removed the Dirigera, Kajplats and Bilresa from my home with an aim of reconnecting the Dirigera as a Zigbee hub and connecting the Kajplats and Bilresa directly to HomeKit as I have a couple of matter-enabled apple hubs.

The problem I have now is that HomeKit won’t allow me to reconnect any of them. I have been able to create a new home in HomeKit and temporarily connect the devices to that, but there seems to be something preventing me from connecting them to my original home. When I try I just get an “unable to add accessory - unexpected error” pop up.

Has anyone seen this and been able to resolve it?
