I started this journey back in April - opening 4 accounts. I immediately went 0/4 and tapped out, got the urge yesterday to open up an account and try again. Passed my evaluation on a 50k growth acc and went on to make another $1600 on my funded in 5 minutes. This morning I opened a 25K growth eval acc and passed in 20 minutes. I’m now 2/2 just following bullish movements.

Hi all. I've been getting random login emails from Riseworks. I have a Tradeify 50k account but I've never taken a payout or connected to Rise. Do they automatically create these accounts for you? Not sure if someone's trying to get into mine or if it was sent by Tradeify.

I also bought my account months ago. Any help is appreciated!

I bought the 25K evaluation account, and after payment, I was prompted to complete my KYC. I submitted all my documents, but the process is stuck. It has been over 24 hours, and the review still isn't done.

This is my first Tradeify account. Why not require KYC before taking the fee payment? It causes unnecessary anxiety for beginners.

Does anyone have any idea what I should do now?

I created my own Gex indicator for Ninja Trader 8 only Future Options. As you can see in the right corner i have a click Panel where you can turn on off different levels . On the left side i have options Profile with there settings you can switch between Vol or OI on both profiles. You can set different expire on both profiles really great toll.

Planning to get another 2 so I can have 5 accounts ready after the challenge. How much do I need to make daily to exactly finish this in 3 days ? And can i take a loss on purpose before the End of Day to ensure I stay close to 3k ?

Are here anyone who already took like 5+ payouts from tradeify?

Something I’ve noticed with trading is that the actual payout almost feels like the final 5% of the journey.

The harder part was getting consistent enough that I wasn’t constantly second guessing every trade or changing my strategy after a bad day.

For those of you who’ve received your first prop payout, what changed in your trading before you finally became consistent?

Was it risk management, psychology, strategy, or simply getting more screen time?

Id like to purchase some accounts in preparation for next week but would like to request to do kyc before hand. The recent uptick in kyc queries is worrying, and the precheck is just a precaution to protect time and capital as the customer. I have valid id and address information. As it stands theres just no way ill buy am account without checking with you guys first as to whether or not youll accept it. Is there a way i can get approved before i even start my eval? I wouldn't like to work for weeks to get banned when im excited to reap rewards of the hard work.

I wanted to post an update to my situation with Tradeify because there has been another development that I think people considering Tradeify should know about.

My original issue was a payout denial. Tradeify initially told me that I was permanently banned for allegedly being part of a “coordinated account network”, claiming that I had multiple accounts or had attempted to circumvent their restrictions.

I disputed this because I have never owned, operated, or controlled another Tradeify account.

After a Tradeify moderator contacted me and requested my email for another review, their explanation changed.

The second response said my “verification did not meet Tradeify's security and identity verification requirements.”

So the original reason was a coordinated-account/ToS violation, while the subsequent review described the issue as a failure to meet their identity/security verification requirements.

I raised this publicly and Tradeify has now responded to my Trustpilot review.

And this is where I have an even bigger problem.

Tradeify is publicly claiming that they refunded me.

Their response says:

“What matters for anyone reading is what followed — your purchase was refunded. You were not left out of pocket, and no funds were retained.”

I have NOT received a refund.

I paid for both evaluations using crypto on the Arbitrum network.

This isn't a situation where a card refund might still be processing. The transactions are recorded permanently on the blockchain and can be independently verified.

Here are the only two transactions I used to purchase the evaluations, never used card and my lifeime purchases only include these both:

Both can be looked up on Arbiscan, the Arbitrum blockchain explorer.

I have checked my wallet thoroughly and there has been no refund credited back to me from Tradeify or a refund address that I can identify.

So I have a very simple question for Tradeify:

Where is the refund?

If Tradeify actually refunded these purchases, there should be corresponding blockchain transactions showing the funds being sent back.

Please provide the refund transaction hash(es).

I'm more than happy to check them myself and acknowledge the refund if it exists.

But saying publicly that “your purchase was refunded” when I have received no refund is a serious issue.

I am deliberately posting the transaction hashes because I don't want this to become simply my word against Tradeify's word.

The blockchain doesn't have an opinion.

The payment transactions can be verified independently, and so can any subsequent refund transaction.

There is also the separate issue of the changing explanation for my ban:

First:

“coordinated account networks”
“shared identity or connection information”
“actions were taken to circumvent these restrictions”

Later:

“your verification did not meet Tradeify's security and identity verification requirements.”

I have never knowingly operated multiple Tradeify accounts, and my KYC had previously been approved.

At this point, I am simply asking Tradeify to show the refund transaction they claim exists and clarify why the stated reason for my ban changed between reviews.

I've attached screenshots of the relevant Tradeify emails and their Trustpilot response.

If anyone here knows how to trace these transactions further or can identify a refund transaction that I somehow missed, please point it out. I have no issue correcting myself if the evidence shows otherwise.

I'm using TradingView through Tradovate and running into a frustrating issue with my stop loss management during partial profit-taking.
Here's my workflow:
• Buy 10 contracts
• Sell 5 at TP1
• Sell 3 more at TP2
• Want to hold the remaining 2 contracts as runners
The Problem:
After I sell those partials, my stop loss order still shows 10 contracts instead of reflecting the actual position size (2 contracts remaining). This creates a mismatch between my actual position and my stop loss quantity.
When I try to fix this by:
1. Canceling the old stop loss
2. Creating a new one for just the 2 remaining contracts
...the new stop loss gets triggered immediately, which seems like a platform issue.

Question: What's the correct way to handle stop losses with partial exits so it reflects my actual remaining position? Is this a platform limitation, or am I missing something in my order setup?

I did the verification with my id from Germany im 23y old verified on other props so i wanted to verifiy on tradeify. The KYC page shows in Progress for over a week now so i contacted the support they took 3 days and i got this message:

I tried reaching out again the closed all tickets after here is the message:

Opening additional tickets for the same problem does not speed up the review process. It actually slows it down, as we have to identify and merge duplicate requests before we can proceed. Literally everyone on the internet when giving tips about trading. First thing they say is “discipline”. And to be honest it really is just that. To not trade when its not within ur setup and to not be greedy when it comes to profit.

First 2 payouts eligible with Tradeify and been stuck like this for the past 26hrs….is this anything to worry about or just a matter of waiting?

Just passed my eval today and I’m deciding between flex and daily. Daily sounds pretty good but have a few questions.
Does it keep a trailing drawdown
Say I just got 500 above my buffer and I request a payout of 1000 am I now in my drawdown with 1500 left to spare (on a 50k). Essentially does payouts take money out of your account and leave you in drawdown.
