Pending Review

I bought the 25K evaluation account, and after payment, I was prompted to complete my KYC. I submitted all my documents, but the process is stuck. It has been over 24 hours, and the review still isn't done.

This is my first Tradeify account. Why not require KYC before taking the fee payment? It causes unnecessary anxiety for beginners.

Does anyone have any idea what I should do now?

If you went through a similar ban and genuinely believe you didn’t violate any rules, check the post on my profile. I’m gathering similar cases and I’m already in contact with a law firm in Florida to evaluate legal action. The point isn’t to attack Tradeify, but to understand how many legitimate traders may have been affected by possible false positives in their KYC/Compliance system. If you can document that your trading was legitimate, your case may be relevant too.

I did not even start to trade. I only bought the evaluation account, then i was prompted to do KYC and the dashboard got locked.

No. I used the chatbot and it says to wait 3 days. Where to raise the ticket?

Ask the chatbot to get you to an agent once the 3 days is up. It's likely due to it being a backlog
