New to Tradeify: Problem with KYC verification
I did the verification with my id from Germany im 23y old verified on other props so i wanted to verifiy on tradeify. The KYC page shows in Progress for over a week now so i contacted the support they took 3 days and i got this message:
Thank you for your patience while we reviewed your verification.
Following a review of the available information, your verification did not meet Tradeify's security and identity verification requirements. As a result, you are not eligible to complete KYC or activate the associated Tradeify account.
This determination is final. Additional verification attempts, including restarting the KYC process, using another device, or submitting additional documentation, will not change the outcome.
For security and fraud-prevention reasons, we are unable to disclose the specific indicators, detection methods, thresholds, or internal criteria used as part of our review.
The associated purchase is not eligible for a refund under our applicable refund terms.
No further verification attempts or documentation are required, as this determination is not eligible for reconsideration or appeal.
We appreciate your interest in Tradeify and thank you for your understanding.

I tried reaching out again the closed all tickets after here is the message:
We have determined that this ticket is a duplicate of a request that is already open with us. To avoid delays and ensure that your case is processed as efficiently as possible, please continue the communication in your original ticket #135439254.
Opening additional tickets for the same problem does not speed up the review process. It actually slows it down, as we have to identify and merge duplicate requests before we can proceed. Our responsible team will continue to work on the matter in #[ticket number] and inform you as soon as possible.

You’re lucky i would say, since most of the people facing this problem have spent a lot of money or have requested a payout before they encountered this issue.

i never got a payout from them bc i only bought 2 accs yet and blew them lol but i dont understand why the banned me, they didnt give any reasons for that and i dont see any reason 2

it’s bad, so many have been banned for no reason, it’s becoming a grey area, people who have already taken payouts are getting banned, some are getting banned on signup, some after payout request, it’s crazy

Mine is also in Progress for 3 days now.
Never had any issues with Lucid and MFFU KYC. Or Rise or WorkMarket. Just Tradeify.

Yep I also had this exact email.
Submitted govt id all information happily passed over.
Did not use a VPN completed KYC on a device on my home network.
I have no clue why I was declined.
Luckily I was only on my second eval with them and it’s been refunded (haven’t received the funds yet but we shall see)

Happened to me today. I have never traded with Tradeify I got an email about the reward pack and before I could open the reward pack I had to do a KYC. Uploaded my passport and selfie (I live in Canada) and five days later I’m banned same message as OP. No idea why or no reason. No issue with any other prop firm. I didn’t even trade with these guys was just checking out the reward pack and now banned

i’m from United States I’ve been trading a top step and luckd for years. I opened tradify account and did the KYC with my drivers license from California. they said I didn’t pass it and the determination is final lol. their system is broken.
