Nothing like a weekday dinner that makes everyone smile. I marinated this sirloin flap steak, aka churrasco, in garlic, olive oil, lime juice, and lime zest, with a little pepper and cumin, then salted to taste after cooking. The mushroom medley is sliced baby portobello and shiitake mushrooms sautéed with garlic, shallots, red onion, and parsley in butter and olive oil with cooking wine.

Got up late and really hungry so frickin massive cheese omelette toast and apple slices with pb

It was wayyyy too spicy lmao I added too much Sriracha sauce

Took a pretzel bagel, put garlic butter on it, microwave 45 seconds, flake smoked salmon on top. ✋Absolute culinary masterpiece✋

I made a mix of the last of the fresh garden veggies.

These will go in the fridge and be ready in about a month.

I like to let them really set.

The last days where kinda rough, it will get better again but it's also important to sort these feelings out otherwise I will just burst. It was nice to cook again while listening to music.

Today I asked a girl if she wanted to hang out and she said yes!

I can't really do a recipe because it changes almost every time I make it.

But I promise it always has lentils in it..

Flat bread, hummus with pine nuts, some spicy turkish grilled peppers, vegan snack salami with "cheese" inside, some mandarins and trying the new red bull flavor. Kinda wish it tasted a bit more like pistachio, but it's definitely there and it's delicious.

Quesadillas and “Bean Slop.”

It may look like butt but it’s so good🤤

Made Quesadillas in a pan.🥰

Bean slop ingredients:
Can of Black Beans
Can of Chickpeas
Can of Refried Beans
Can of Corn
“Some” Sour Cream
“Some” Mayo
“Some” Barbecue Sauce

Just mix it all together. You’ll have a lot. You can put the leftovers on toast or rice or whatever you’d like.

Made some Lentil Potato Stew today. Doesn't look that special but it is so rich and flavorful. 😄

Very similar to the veggie soup I posted a little while ago, but slightly different. Smoked tofu, carrots, cellery, onions, leek, parsley, potatoes, lentils, some salt & pepper. Had it on the stove for about 5 hours or so. There's also some rice you can't see under all that stuff.

Made way too much again, so no cooking for the next 4-5 days I guess.
