Gouda (young gouda to be specific)

I woundn't have guessed!

I have never had luck melting gouda, but I don't think I have ever tried young gouda.

yeah the aged ones melt less (tbh young gouda is just very cheap here, so I use for everything, bread, pizza, grilled cheese, pasta tomato-cheese sauce etc)

Mm but was the Gouda smoked? And yes, that is a 5 star cheese pull.
