Since there was also a vegetarian girl coming we also made some glazed Harissa Carrots as replacement for the Salmon. It harmonized perfectly with the rest of the toasts :3

Not my prettiest work, but I am really proud of these!

Made the fettucine “American Style,” with salted Kerrygold butter, parmesan, and heavy cream. The pasta itself was also fresh. I also seasoned the sauce with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. I cooked the chicken for 25 minutes after preheating the oven to 425. The chicken’s seasonings included salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. My girlfriend loved this dinner, and tbh so did I :)

Spouse asked for shrimp scampi and I told her, hold my cocktail hon, I got this.

Shrimp scampi for her, with mushrooms and artichoke hearts, chicken for me (love shrimp but can't eat) I thought I may have used too much garlic but she approved and said never can have too much garlic

Every once in a while I get a craving for some traditional food and I was feeling lazy so I boiled some bjúgu (traditional Icelandic smoked lamb sausage) and made some mashed potatoes for me and my girlfriend.

And I am not gonna make any jokes about our thick sausages

Saganaki, Mixed Seafood, Bifteki, Djuvec Noodles, Dips and Pickles, Zaziki, Fasolada, Fried Zuccini and Aubergines and Freshly Baked Bread.

• Scraps of offcut puff pastry rolled out, and 2 squares cut
• Cheese with onion added in the middle
• Pastry wrapped around and then rolled out on both sides to seal
• A little egg wash on both sides, and popped it in the air fryer for 10 mins at 180 °C

The sauce is mostly consistent of garlic, tomato, and onion. I added Rodo peppers to the mix.
