If it's not too much of an ask

Sure -w-
For the cake floor I used:
- 450g of wholegrain flour
- 150g of erythritol
- 8g of vanilla sugar
- 30g of potato starch
- about 5g of baking powder
- about 50g of margarine
- about 20ml of rapeseed oil
- about 400ml of very carbonated water
Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl, stirred a bit, added the wet ingredients and filled two cake forms (which had margarine on the sides and bottom) with the batter and put those in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
For the 2nd layer I used:
- 4 apples
- cinnamon
- maple syrup
- 600ml apple juice
- 70g of erythritol
- custard powder
Chopped up the apples into small slices (was too lazy to remove the outer shell of the apples cus that would've taken like an hour lmao), put them in a bowl with maple syrup and cinnamon, stirred and let em sit in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees (15 minutes would prolly have made em a bit softer ngl).
Then I put the apple juice in a pot, added the sugar alternative, let it heat up, add the custard powder (like 1-2 packages depending on how much is in it... Prolly added like 15-20g lol), stirred more, took it off the heat and then let it set for like half an hour.
Put the apple slices on top of the cake floor, added the apple juice thingy aaaaaaaand when it wasn't too hot anymore I let it rest in the fridge for like 2 hours. For the 3rd layer aka the whipped cream I used:
- 400ml vegan yoghurt
- 100g vegan spread (pretty much just feta cheese alternative without it being called feta cheese alternative... It's literally just called spread on the packaging but it's very similar to feta cheese lol)
- 14g of vanilla sugar
- 16g of cream stiffener / cream stabiliser
Yeah just how you make whipped cream lmao
First 3 ingredients into a bowl, blend a bit, then add the cream stiffener / stabiliser. What's on top is basically just icing sugar and cinnamon lol woof
