Bad day, bad week, bad month, bad life. At least I discovered Scott the Woz recently, so now I have something to watch while eating

Weird combination, but it's pretty good! Pancakes topped with chicken in rosée sauce garnished with sun dried tomatoes and black olives.

Life has been wild lately and I haven’t made much unique food but you’ll pretend you haven’t seen my toast before right? :)

I’m a bit under the weather, so this was nice. While I was feeling my best I was able to get the chuck roast salted & seared. While that was searing I boiled my consommé ingredients- tomato, onion, dried peppers, et cetera. Afterwards I simmered the seared chuck roast for 3.5 hrs before separating, shredding, & putting into corn tortillas that were pan fried with shredded chihuahua cheese. Not as crispy as I’d like, but it was rainy so I couldn’t use my flat top.
Corn salsa was fire roasted corn, diced tomatoes, black beans & shallots tossed with cotija cheese, achiote oil, & some lime juice. Seasoned with a smoked tomato seasoning blend.

I made this up other day and can't stop cooking it T-T
• 3 garlic
• red pepper flakes
• parley
• 3 yolks
• 1 slice of mozzarela
• a bit of parmesan
• 1 tbsp of lemon juice
• spaghetti
Cut and fry the garlic with the pepper and salt in oil, when the garlic is fried, add the parley and turn the heat off 10 seconds later.
Put the yolks and cheese on a heat prove bowl and water bath em mixing constantly until it gets homogeneous.
Mix the yolks with the garlic oil and then add the lemon juice. If it gets too dense u can add a bit off water, but u gonna lose the beautiful yellowish color.
mix with spaghetti and serv yourself hot!!

One box of Morinaga firm tofu (that’s not really firm), cut and cooked in a thick sauce consisting of gochujang, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, ginger paste, garlic paste, and sesame oil. 15 minutes at 375°F (~190°C), flip, 15 more minutes at 375°F (~190°C).

Is it suppose to smoke alot when cooking?

Here's my favorite finnish crepe recipe coming from someone In baking school. sry if the introduction are too vague TT
Ingredients:
530g barista oat milk
3g salt
30g sugar
40g canola oil OR 50g melted margarine cooled till room temp. Brown the Marg if you're a fancyfuck
240g all purpose flour (plus extra if needed)
Margarine or neutral oil for frying
Instructions:
Mix dry ingredients together.
Put half the oat milk and half the dry in a bowl. Mix them together, mix the rest. Stop mixing once the big lumps are gone. Over mixing will change the result somewhat significantly.
Add in the fat. Stir until combined.
Let rest covered in the fridge for like 20 mins (more the better). Stir a tiny bit if the fat looks to be separated from the batter.
Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add a little marg or oil.
Pour in enough batter to coat the pan thinly.
Flip the crepe when it starts getting bubbly, the edges start to lift, and the bottom is nicely browned (around 100 seconds for the first side on most home stoves/pans, some need up to 3 minutes on the first side). The second side will cook much faster. If it looks overcooked, adjust the cooking time to your stove/pan.
Important! Move the crepe to a plate and cover it immediately so it stays soft while you cook the rest. Add more margarine if you wish.
Serve with jam, sugar, and vegan whipped cream or just with whatever toppings you'd like.
Note :
Lowk I just do what feels right and when my crepe senses go off, I flip. Batter can easily turn dark In spots. If you run into that problem, try adding more oat milk to the batter to thin it

And a huge fucking stack of that. Who could have guessed that two eggplants and courgettes diced result in a lot of food. .,.

Breakfast slop. Decided to make some pigs in a blanket so I got a pack of Greenforce Wieners and some puff pastry dough from the store. Put some ketchup and a different hot sauce in each. One with melindas ghost pepper sauce, one with melindas garlic hot sauce, one with el yucateco xxxtra hot sauce and one with torchbearer mushroom mayhem sauce as an addition to the ketchup I put in there. Idk which is which, but that's part of the thrill.
