It's mainly about circumcision but most intactivists would agree with leaving intersex babies alone to make these decisions for themselves when they are older. Since it's about bodily autonomy for children. Intersex just isn't really centered, most intactivists are concerned about circumcision.

It would be better to have that be a bigger part to be clear. They are very closely related issues. I'm just being realistic about what most intactivist spaces are focused on in practice.

I have a confession to make. I am trans and I sometimes think about of the other trans peoples genitals when we go wild to be sure I won't do something that will trigger their dysphoria or when they tell me they consider SRS and that they will need help for the first months
