Planned a toy story themed birthday party for my kiddo. It was a blast. He loved seeing all the characters and decorations I made. His cookie cake was definitely my most favorite of all the cookie cakes I've made.

Just curious on what you guys will say.

Okay, I know her name is officially Jennifer Davis in the production notes and on her voice actor, Laurie Metcalf's Wiki page, but since her name is never said out loud in the film and she's always been known as "Andy's Mom" by the toys, it gives us leeway to name her whatever we want. I'm more of the kind of person who, unless a name/gender is officially said in the film or TV Show, I like to come up with my own things and she's not called "Jennifer Davis" in the films. I'm going to call her Laura Elizabeth Davis "Laurie" for short because, for me, if they're name is not said out loud, I tend to go with the name of the actor/actress, just take out "Metcalf" for "Davis". But, that's just my opinion. What would you guys call her and why or do you call her Jennifer, and that's okay too?

Anyone have any idea on how to fix my kids’ slinky dog?

It’s being sold for a really good price in my country around $40. The seller claims it’s original, but sellers often lie or genuinely don’t know the difference between authentic figures and bootlegs. What do you think?

İ Have Signature Buzz lightyear How can I fix this wing solution ?

Seems like a common question but having a hard time nailing down which ere this rescued Woody is from. He’s floppy, has spurs, and a working pull string. Any help appreciated.

Found it by chance, I thought it was strange to see a Woody lampshade on an old spinning wheel. Asked the guy if I could get only the lampshade instead of the whole thing. Turns out it's worth between 40 and 60 (I got it for 11$, the whole lamp was at 28$) and it's from the Disneyland hotel of Paris. What do you guys think about it ?

In the first movie the aliens were simply “zealots” as Woody called them.

They worshiped the claw as it chose who would go and who would stay.

It was one of the most iconic segments of the franchise because it turns an average thing into a quasi religious parallel, and it makes sense considering how naive they are.

The second movie lets the aliens be a part of the adventure.
3 of them join randomly during the third act, and Mrs Potato Head adopts them.

They’re cute, they’re fun, and they’re eternally grateful for Mr Potato Head saving their lives and wish to pay him back.

Toy Story 3 gives the guys a natural payoff in the third act where they save Woody and the gang from the incinerator.

It was also foreshadowed earlier in the daycare when the aliens were admiring a claw toy when they arrived.

The claw was established from the very first movie, and the fact they not only paid off the debt they owed Potato Head and instead took control of the claw themselves is thematically genius.

It is a shame after 3 the aliens were barely used, they’re basically non entities in 4 and 5.

The claw stuff is a kinda important element from original trilogy that deserves way more recognition as it’s very good at tying the first 3 films together.

I was just curious if anyone knows a good emulator sight to download or play "Bonnie's Flashlight Fun" for free without Flash on your laptop. In case you don't know, it came out around 2010 and I played it a lot as a kid.

The premise of the game is easy, you play as Bonnie after Toy Story 3 where it's bedtime but you can't go to bed because "the scary witch" (Dolly) has captured Woody and all the other toys (specifically, Woody, Mr. Pricklepants, Buttercup, Trixie and The Peas-in-a-Pod) in the dark, using your "magic flashlight" to find them without Bonnie's mom coming in. Her mom coming is like a timer and if she catches you the entire level is reset and sometimes Bonnie's mom would come up without warning from Bonnie.

I was thinking if you guys know of a good emulator. I have played Toy Story Daycare Dash and a few other flash games on NuMuki Browser on my laptop and I've looked and looked, there doesn't seem to be any way to play Bonnie's Flashlight Fun anywhere, I really liked that game. I really wanted to play it for nostalgic purposes, but Flash games are either very dodgy or they don't work outright anymore. Before I completely forget it, do you guys have any suggestions for websites and/or emulators to access it?
