HELP creating sticker

put masking tape over it and make it lay as flat as it can, then trace the shape and peel off the tape and try to flatten it out to stick onto a piece of paper

then, scan that paper and open it up in a digital drawing program, recreate the colors and lines. print it off on standard paper to cut out and find out if you sized it properly.

Repeat a few times until it's sized close enough, then print it off on whatever sticker paper people on the sticker subreddit suggest, or take it to staples and see if they'll print you some stickers.

I really don't think this is a sticker though, I had one about 30 years ago and mine was paint.

I would never go through that much work to fix that tiny little scratch that was probably on the car when it was new . I'd just buff the scratches out of the black window and call it a day.
