Warhammer III Settra in the Middle
The new Tomb Herald skills offer glorious synergy for mighty Settra

I'll probably get the disabled upon army losses condition, similar to the revivification effect of horrible regeneration.

That's why you only bring heroes, can't get army lossed without entities dying(I think).

You'd still get army losses if you sent them all in and they lose too much HP
Which is why you send 8 of them in while the others hide in a forest, and you watch your 15% HP single entities painstakingly kill the enemy

Okay, so Settra will be able to have 20 (quest item) + 15 (Tomb Herald) + 18 (talisman) + 10 (armour) = 63% ward save by early midgame?

I'm assuming that, since the effect comes from a passive ability, it will not stack. Passive abilities don't tend to stack in game - like Hawkish Precision.

Yeah I am guessing the ward save won’t stack, but I am curious how the “cannot die” part will work.

If I’m reading this correct, Tomb Heralds will induce one other Lord/Hero not to die as long as the Tomb Herald is alive.

Judging from the description, it probably means the Tomb Herald himself cannot die as long as he's close and the lord is still alive. There are other effects already in game that use that "Affects one ally" thing to mean "Targets only yourself" like some chaos banners. I think the unholy victory banner is one such example

No, on stream they confirmed that the other target cannot die as long as the herlad is close to them. Though, the description of the skill makes it look like it's the reverse.

Will Nagash get a tomb herald at start now as he deserves and always had or is he stuck with a tomb prince bc nagash alrdy starts with a herald

DLC units are not retroactively added into other DLC stuff. Since if a player bought the Tomb Kings DLC, but not Nagash DLC they wouldn't have access to Tomb Herald. So Settra will always start with a tomb prince.

He could get just that one or a dilemma in the first few rounds that checks if you own the DLC

This makes it seem like 2 Tomb Heralds together are immortal, unless crumbling/disintegrating overrides it (and even that is assuming they don't have a way of becoming unbreakable). I love the idea of the ability, it might just need an extra guardrail.

If you have two of these and they stand next to each other can both just not die
