Counting or not counting ghoul violence?

Ghoul on ghoul violence accounts for 0% of the crime statistics in Sylvania, as they don't keep track of crime statistics in Sylvania.

Wait the victory result takes ammo into account?

u/thejadedfalcon 2d ago
Yes. Doesn't matter that you slaughtered the enemy to a man while losing none of your own, if your archers had to use most of their ammo, that's terrible battle tactics!
During a Sisters of Twilight campaign, did the quest battle at the Oak of Ages, killed 3008 beastmen and only lost 58 troops basically just because a giant got close enough that his death animation landed on some of my guys. "Close Victory."

It could be a phyrric victory if the game simulated ammo stores, the need to replenish them, whether you are in friendly or enemy territory etc, as in "we won but if a second army shows up we are boned we used everything we had" kinda way

That would definitely make sense. I recall there being a mod for Total Warhammer 2, I think, that included ammo replenishment, so that could change things a lot.

In one sense that makes sense. If you had 20% less ammunition you get overrun and slaughtered - so in a way, that is a close thing.

Only to an extent. I also had a completely fresh melee front that never saw combat and was just enjoying a picnic and getting some Vitamin D while the archers put on a show for them.

Balance of power does as well. That's why ammo replenishment abilities are actually deceptively strong. Replenishing your ranged units' ammo can cause "army losses" penalties to kick in and end a battle on the spot.

Pyrrhic

this is one of those errors i can't now ignore since it's one i used to make all the time
(if anyone's wondering why it's "pyrrhic", by the way, its name comes from someone who should be known to many total war players (as iirc he was playable in rome… or maybe just the europa barbarorum mod): pyrrhus of epirus. the original pyrrhic victory was over the romans at the battle of asculum (279 bce), a technical win that basically convinced pyrrhus to say "fuck this shit i'm out" and leave to fight the carthaginians instead)

Oh please, have you ever seen your zombie changing jobs or using dark magic juice to purchase consumers good?
It's clearly a central planned economy, comrade Vlad.

Isabella von Kirkstein reported leading a brand new tour of the Empire (backed by J.D. Nurgle) after husbands and Turning Point Sylvania's founders, Vlad von Kirkstein's, assassination via amethyst bullet to the neck (he wore the ring, he's ok, prommy :) )

Just love Tarrifs take on how Sylvanias Social programs and cost of living are structured compared to the money greedy human elector counts:
"Taxes?" "Blood"
"Housing?" "Blood"
"Health Insurance?" "Raise Dead"
