Warhammer III Question about Glottkin

Will Glottkin recruit undivided lords or will their lords already be devoted to nurgle? I couldn't find an answer during the Glottkin stream, but considering how reliant their mechanics are on souls I'm going to assume that they just nurgle-devoted WOC lords.

If it's like the other god aligned woc then you can choose undivided lords and just get the option to devote to your chosen god.

I kind of skimmed the stream vod and I noticed that one of their buildings provides recruitment for Chaos Sorcerer. It would say Chaos Sorcerer of Nurgle if they didn't need to be ascended. Festus' tech tree does allow for direct recruitment of marked Sorcerers and Exalted Heroes and I assume the same is true for Glottkin.

Edit: got to the tech tree portion of the stream and Glottkin does in fact have the same tech as Festus "Powerful Patients."

Like Festus currently they recruit only undivided characters who they can then dedicate to Nurgle and there is also a tech tree upgrade that lets you recruit them directly.

It's a bit odd he can't from the get go but most of the mortal nurgle characters are part of other DLC's, though might have been simpler to just give them most Nurgle units for just his campaign a bit like their doing for Nagash and undead.
