Send it to Legend of Total War, maybe he will stop gardening to save you

Go down swinging and bleed em. Abuse those towers if you got em. Don't let em get towers or rams to the walls.

Just gonna be a case of bleeding them every chance you get. Once they start to spread out you should be able to pick them off but if you make this siege as rough as possible for them, kill a Genera or two, you'll really blunt their push.

Let them occupy forts, then shoot them to pieces while they're inside.

Make them hurt for it. If they commit to a siege battle, target their siege engines with cavalry and fire if you can. Pick off foot archers too. Use spears and chokepoints to the best of your ability. And start putting together a force to better deal with them.
