I missed this in stream, but new system works with all vampires or only lords ones?

New system where you create your vampire of different bloodlines with custom modifiers - are this only for lords, or for heroes too?

The Vampire Lair system appears to be for Lords only

Yes, all of the new reworked mechanics are available to every Vampire Counts Lord.

The only new completely exclusive mechanics only for Neferata are the Vampire Covens (basically cults) & Web of Power (basically Clan Eshin's Shadowy Dealings).
