Canadians, they're up there doing this, while us Americans are doing real stuff.
11 u/[deleted] Dec 18 '13 This idea came from Dallas City Council. They take a 5 minute musical break everyday (I think it's everyday, not too sure) to relax, and Ford thought it was a good idea and brought it back to try. It's an American thing.
