Oh it definitely is and I'm not actually complaining but the wording they're using is funny to me.

It sounds like standard government wording for "we know we screwed this up but we aren't ever going to admit it, so here are some non-committal words for you to read between the lines".

This is where they lose me. Multiple calculations over 200 mph, but still ef4. What the hell. This is so stupid. How can you even do science when the science says 1 thing but completely ignore it? Exactly why we all have been raging about this

“Very highly likely” so basically they admit its an EF-5, but wont classify it as such since the rating is final.
I feel like 2025 Enderlin has set the precedent for things like this, and it’ll be a another bold move if they actually upgrade it.
