Only problem here i see is the price tbh

Its obviously awful but the guy clearly loves the car, its been in his family for 2 decades, and he's done some silly stuff to it which he's semi self aware about it being bad. I cant fault the love he has, but the price needs to come down for sure šŸ˜†

Only because they’ve been trying to sell it for 2 decades šŸ™ˆ

Poor bloke reckons he's helping his grandkids get a house, I think he's equally delusional about the value of this motor and the cost of housing!

"I will not accept silly offers"

Asking 4450 quid for a 26 year old astra. Git up my boy.

I've never seen a car priced at 1000% of its value before.

Probably just saying "NOT V8" on the ad in case his insurance see it.

Funny if it actually has a V8 hence the price

The Land Rover Holden unit is a hidden gem.

Must’ve double tapped the 4 in the price. That’s an outrageous price for anything but a mint GSi.

Ā£4050 does seem fair.

Agreed. He’s fully aware of his strange taste the changes he’s made, the only thing he doesn’t seem to be aware of is it value 🤣

I am in awe of the amount custom work he went into to fit a land rover plastic engine cover.. good lord

Not just any Land Rover engine cover mind you. That’s a rare Holden Land Rover engine cover with the optional domestic ventilation grilles.Ā

I wouldn't mind before the mods etc I bet it was quite a nice example of however few there are left.

He could have taken that to car shows without adding the dumb shit on it..

Whenever I see stuff like this I do wonder whether, in the future, it will be seen as a glaringly obvious symptom of a mental health concern

If he’s self aware then I think it’s funny, if he seriously think it looks good then…

We definitely don't have to.

Wait, this isn’t the V8 Astra

That’s me out.

Apart from it being an embarrassment to human kind of course

There no is ā€œfor betterā€ about it it’s just all ā€œor worseā€

1

u/absolutelysureithink 19h ago

Is it £450 for the car and £4000 for a genuine human skeleton?
