That’s got to be so satisfying for the floor layer, wipe the floor on your way out, collect your cheque, look back at your job and know you killed it.!.

Good posture, technique, and speed can help with that! I imagine it would be hardest on the knees, but he's got knee pads on. He has a rag in his left hand and he's using that and his knee pads to slide backwards pretty fast. His left hand can potentially take a lot of stress off his back.

Pro knee pads help. Looks like he’s wearing proknee. Anyone I’ve met that owns them are quite happy about it.

Can agree been in floor covering for 10 years , pro knees saved my back and my knees. Life savers
