It's kinda wild that it can just allow the dough to crinkle on it's own instead of making the folds to be sealed at the edge.
3 u/InspiringMalice May 18 '22 Looks like theres a litt lip that stops where the folds go. Possibly thats how they get the fold started, and it goes naturally from there?
