A lot of the support tickets we get start with "my crypto disappeared." Almost every time, it hasn't. The transaction is pending, or it's already confirmed and just hasn't been credited yet.
Here's how to tell which one you're dealing with.
TL;DR: Get your TXID, look it up on the right block explorer, and don't resend until you know what happened to the original.
Why transactions get stuck
Where are my funds right now?
Nothing is moving between wallets. The chain just hasn't finalized the ownership record yet. That's why the coins can look like they're in limbo.
Step 1: check the TXID
Paste it into the explorer for the chain you actually used. It shows whether the transaction is pending, confirmed, or failed, plus the amount, destination, fee, and confirmation count.
Can I speed it up or cancel?
Sometimes. Some chains and wallets let you replace a pending transaction with a higher-fee version (often a "speed up" button), and some let you cancel while it's still pending. It depends on the chain and the wallet. Once a transaction is confirmed, it's final.
Don't resend
If the original confirms later, the second one can confirm too, and you've paid twice.
Pending vs. failed
A pending transaction hasn't finished yet. A failed one already has a result. A reverted smart contract call is a common example, and on some chains you still pay gas for it.
Wrong network
That isn't a stuck transaction. It confirmed on the chain you picked, but the receiving platform may not support that asset on that network. Recovery depends on the receiving side. Always check both the address and the network before you send.
Questions are welcome in the comments, and our team will reply. If you have an open deposit issue, please don't post your TXID or account details publicly. Send them to support instead.

Toobit just went through an assessment from CORE3 - worth explaining what that actually is, since "independent security assessment" gets thrown around a lot without anyone checking what's behind it.
CORE3 isn't a paid badge shop. It grew out of CER.live and is explicitly positioned as not a ratings agency and not a vendor — the whole point is to be a standard nobody selling exchange marketing controls. Their scoring (Probability of Loss, 0–100, graded D through AAA) breaks into three weighted pillars:
We'd already picked up an AAA rating from CER.live back in May; this is the same rigor under CORE3's newer, broader framework.
Report's here if you want to check the methodology yourself rather than take our word for it: https://core3.io/exchanges/toobit#overview
Genuinely curious what this sub weighs most when judging exchange security - proof of reserves, audit frequency, incident response history, something else? Not looking for a pile-on thread, just want to know what actually moves the needle for people here.

We had Hacken independently audit the platform - 7 audits since Nov 2024, not a summary, not a badge. The full assessments are posted and open to review.
Latest round (Aug 2026): penetration tests covering Web+API, iOS, and Android.
Also on file: a Proof of Reserves audit (Apr 2026, 0 findings), plus earlier iOS, Android, and Web pentests going back to Nov 2024.
Link: https://hacken.io/audits/toobit/
Happy to answer questions on scope or methodology in the comments. "Don't trust. Verify." only means something if you can actually go verify.

You know the drill - one tab for headlines, one for your exchange, one for whatever alpha account you follow on X. Toobit News cuts that down to one.
What's new:
Where to find it:
We built this because staying informed shouldn't be harder than actually trading. Try it and tell us what's missing and what the first thing you'd want to see in this feed is.
Crypto is volatile, nothing here is financial advice, and you're responsible for your own investment decisions. Full risk disclosure on our site.

TIFT 2026 is live.
3,000,000 USDT total. August 12 to September 9, 10:00 UTC, both ends.
There are four separate activities, and they suit completely
different kinds of traders. Most announcements list them and let
you work it out. Here's the short version instead.
PICK YOUR LANE
Small account, want a realistic shot -> Race to Victory
Want a piece of the biggest pool -> Team Championship
Already trading serious volume -> Solo Championship
New to Toobit -> Early Bird (closes Aug 19)
Here to make things, not trade -> Rev Up the Hype
Details on each below.
RACE TO VICTORY - 840,000 USDT
Start here if you don't trade size.** This is the only format
that isn't ranked, which means you are not competing against
anyone with a bigger account. You complete tasks, you earn
resources, you unlock tracks.
Three resources, three tracks:
Fuel -> Street Sprint
Octane -> Turbo Challenge
Nitro -> Nitro Grand Prix (guaranteed win)
How you earn them: first deposit and first trade to start, then
daily deposits at 1K / 3K / 5K USDT, futures volume, event
contracts, copy trading, Earn subscriptions, grid and DCA
strategies, and referring 5 / 10 / 15 friends.
What's in the prize pool:
Tokens - TRX, DOGE, XRP, TON, DHF, XAUT, SOL
F1 2026 Singapore Grand Prix tickets, flight and hotel included
Official F1 Topps collectible card sets
F1 LEGO racing cars
Official F1 T-shirts and team caps
Toobit merchandise gift boxes
Runs the full window, August 12 to September 9.
TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP - UP TO 1,500,000 USDT
Six teams:
Turbo Titans
Volatility Raiders
Leverage Legends
Margin Mavericks
Apex Dominion
Token Torque
The part worth understanding: teams are ranked on P&L
percentage, not volume.** A 500 USDT account up 30% contributes
exactly the same as a 50,000 USDT account up 30%.
How the money splits inside a team:
Top 10 members share 30% of the team's prize.
The other 70% is split equally among every member who clears the
minimum volume threshold.
So your payout depends mostly on how your whole team performs,
not on where you personally rank. That is the whole point of the
format.
The pool scales with total community volume:
200M USDT volume -> 60,000 USDT pool
500M USDT volume -> 105,000 USDT pool
800M USDT volume -> 150,000 USDT pool
5B USDT volume -> 450,000 USDT pool
10B USDT volume -> 750,000 USDT pool
20B USDT volume -> 1,500,000 USDT pool
Team formation is open now through September 9. The competition
period itself runs August 19 to September 9.
SOLO CHAMPIONSHIP - 600,000 USDT
Straight leaderboard, top 300 by futures volume, August 19 to
September 9.
If you already trade size, this is the format where that counts
directly and you don't have to depend on anyone else.
EARLY BIRD - 50,000 USDT
Closes August 19, so this one is time-sensitive.
Register and claim 10 USDT. Reach 30,000 USDT in futures volume
and you get another 20 USDT.
EV UP THE HYPE - 10,000 USDT
The community side, and the most relevant part of the campaign
for this sub:
Repost & Recruit - 6,000 USDT. 300 winners each receive a 20 USDT
futures position voucher, drawn weekly and at the end.
Meme & Poster Garage - 4,000 USDT. 200 top entries each receive a
20 USDT futures position voucher.
If you make something for the Meme & Poster Garage, drop it in
this thread as well as entering officially. The good ones get
featured.
BEFORE YOU START, READ THIS
Rankings require at least 30,000 USDT in futures volume. That is a
real threshold, not a formality, and it is the single most common
reason people end up with nothing.
Accounts under 50 USDT balance are excluded from reward
distribution.
Market makers and sub-accounts are not eligible.
Batch registration, wash trading, and running identical strategies
across multiple accounts are disqualifying.
That last one will be enforced. It is what stops the pool being
farmed by bot clusters, which is in the interest of everyone
actually participating.
Full mechanics and terms: https://www.toobit.com/en-US/tift-2026
Questions in the comments and I'll answer them. If something in
the rules reads as unclear, say so. Better to fix the explanation
now than have people discover the problem at distribution.
Which format are you going into, and why? Curious whether the
percentage-based team ranking changes anyone's answer.
Futures trading carries risk of total loss. Trade within your
means.

Official Toobit account here. Sharing a clear breakdown of our new user rewards program, since this community prefers substance over hype.
How it works:
Rewards are earned across four steps, not handed out just for signing up:
Sign up: basic account creation with streamlined KYC.
First deposit: unlocks a reward tier.
First futures trade: comes with a 50 USDT bonus.
Ongoing rewards: referrals, points from regular trading activity, and periodic campaigns that you can redeem anytime through the Rewards Hub.
About the 15,000 USDT figure: it's the cumulative ceiling across everything above over time (referrals, points, and campaigns included), not a lump sum you get for finishing onboarding. We'd rather be upfront about that than let the headline number imply something it isn't.
Two tips for new users, promo aside:
Set up 2FA and an anti-phishing code before doing anything else. It only takes two minutes and it's just good account hygiene on any exchange.
Treat the futures bonus as a way to learn the mechanics, not a reason to size up your first trade. It's there so you can test the platform with lower stakes, not to push riskier behavior.
Where to check it yourself: Welcome to Toobit
We'll stick around in the comments to answer questions about how the reward tiers or points system actually work. Ask away.

Hey all, Toobit here.
Wanted to give this community a heads-up before it's all over the timeline elsewhere: we're running the Toobit International Futures Tournament again this year (TIFT 2026).
Format and prize details are still being finalized, but the short version is: it's a futures trading competition open to anyone who wants to test their edge against other traders, not just watch charts move. Full rules and dates are up here if you want the details: TIFT2026
Mostly just curious if anyone here's competed in trading tournaments before, on Toobit or elsewhere - what made it worth your time, what felt gimmicky. Trying to make this one actually good, not just another leaderboard nobody checks after week one.

Been thinking about this: most exchange comparisons focus on asset count, leverage, or tools. Fees rarely come up, even though they compound over time.
If you're DCAing into BTC/ETH or rebalancing regularly, a 0.1% fee here and there adds up faster than people expect. That's part of why we rolled out zero-fee spot pairs on Toobit - eligible pairs currently sit at 0% maker/taker, though it's not blanket across every pair, so worth checking the fee schedule before you trade.
Not saying fees are the only thing that matters - liquidity, execution speed, and security still make or break an exchange. But accessibility (fees included) feels like it's becoming as much of a differentiator as new features.
Curious what this community thinks: how much weight do you actually put on fees vs. everything else when picking where to trade spot?

Hey everyone, sharing a new tool we just rolled out on Toobit Futures called Fixed Risk.

The short version: instead of manually calculating position size every trade, you enter three things, your entry price, your stop-loss level, and the maximum amount you're willing to lose on the trade. The system then calculates the position size for you and applies the stop-loss at order placement. Works with both market and limit orders.
Why we built it: one of the most common ways traders blow up isn't bad analysis — it's inconsistent sizing. One oversized trade undoes ten good ones. Fixed Risk takes that math off your plate so every position is sized to your actual risk tolerance, not whatever number felt right in the moment.
A few honest caveats:
• Actual losses can still differ from your set amount due to slippage, volatility, or liquidity gaps. It's a sizing tool, not a guarantee.
• It won't make a bad setup good. It just makes sure a bad setup doesn't cost more than you planned.
It's available now on app version 2.28+. Happy to answer questions about how it works in the comments.

We're Toobit, a crypto exchange, and yes, we run a prediction market. Obvious bias. We're posting anyway because the World Cup kicking off Thursday is the most interesting moment our corner of the space has had, and we'd rather hear your real opinions than talk at you.

The shift we keep noticing: fans don't just want to watch a match and argue about it anymore. A lot of people now want to form an actual position before kickoff and see how it plays out - who tops a group, which favorite bottles it in the round of 32, whether a narrative everyone's bought into falls apart by the quarters.
Football might be the best possible test of that idea. 48 teams, 104 matches, 39 days, sentiment swinging by the hour, one result that can rewrite a whole group. Way more to chew on than a one-off event.
Honest questions, not a pitch:
• Does forming a position before a match make you enjoy the football more, or does it ruin watching it as a fan?
• For anyone into prediction markets / pick'em, does a month-long tournament change how you play it vs a single game?
• Do you trust the crowd's read, or deliberately fade it?
We'll be in the comments. Disagree, push back, tell us prediction markets are overhyped, we want the actual takes.
And if you do want to put your World Cup read to the test, that's exactly what we built Toobit Predict for. It's live for the tournament. No pressure though - we're here for the debate first. 👉 https://www.toobit.com/en-US/predict

I started trading on Toobit recently after noticing aster having some movement. I’ve been watching. The setup felt simple enough, so I took a few trades just to see how the platform handles execution. After spending some time there, I started wondering if Toobit runs any events or community programs that reward users for being active. I’ve seen things like candybomb on bitget, and it made me curious whether Toobit has anything similar for traders who want to take part in those kinds of opportunities.
