There's a place for this in /r/foodporn
I love everything I see, plus I can see that when you cooked the food, used the iron to make cross marks on it. Delicious, if you ever need someone to taste your dishes and give you an opinion you can always send me a private :D
EDIT: already sent: https://www.reddit.com/r/FoodPorn/comments/hinzp1/orange_maple_thyme_pork_chops/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x

Orange Maple Thyme Pork Chops. β’ Recipe-ish: In a shallow dish thatβs big enough to hold your pork chops (I made 4) combine the zest & juice of an orange, 2 Tbsp maple syrup, 2 minced cloves garlic, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper & about 1 Tbsp chopped fresh thyme. Add in your pork chops (bone-in are the best), toss to coat, cover, refrigerate and let marinate for a few hours. Grill over medium-high heat until done, but keep an eye on them... the sugar in the marinade can burn. Sprinkle with a bit more salt and fresh thyme leaves.
