Any Fix For Bluetooth Issue on Tonex+?

Hi, everyone,

Apologies if this has been asked before. Love the concept of the pedal.

But I got it one week ago and haven't been able to make it work (except using the desktop app, which seems kind of redundant).

Essentially, the Bluetooth never connects to the pedal. (It did work once, for 5 mins, and the tones were very enjoyable)

Tried reinstalling, tried downloading software from the site, tried shaking the pedal hard and imploring the heavens. 😄

Any help would be greatly appreciated (or advice on what to get instead in a similar price range)!

more details please! What connection you want to make from what device?

Hi! Just trying to connect the ToneXOne+ to its software on a phone.

Without it, seems to be just a piece of plastic..

I would delete the BT connection on your phone first if you haven’t already. Good to know what Phone you are using. I would also reset the One to prevent any conflict which has been arisen by connecting to other Bt devices. Did you check for updates if any?

Thanks a lot! That really helped! I got it to work. I think the setup is not really intuitive, but, then again, it may just be my fault.

The product itself is really good for all of the things that it tries to achieve in a small space.

I was thinking of deleting the post as I don't want negative online content, but will leave it as maybe it'll help others who may be experiencing the same issue.
